  1. Look pretty solid again last night same as the Hearts the week before. Have to admit I was maybe wrong about Mulraney as the last 2 games he has worked really hard. Hopefully he will continue to improve as with his pace he brings a new dynamic to the team. Excellent flag by the way , good to see as we don't see many down at the Stadium any more they seemed to have all but disappeared. Not cheap I bet , and good to see the official club crest being used.
  2. No argument he had a good game and was unfortunate he couldn't play on Saturday but Cole and Mulraney both put in good performances on Sat. We have been crying out for a settled 11, lets hope we can name an unchanged team for the first time this season.
  3. Appreciate you highlighting the above to me, but what she actually said was that he 'blanked a player during a function' which has now morphed into him becoming a bully. Just an observation.
  4. Think you will find the most successful manager of our generation, was not short of a few choice words when players were not performing......Sir Alex Ferguson. Different managers have different methods of bringing the best out of players and by the way 'bullying' is quite a strong accusation,
  5. Same team as Saturday, same formation no requirement to change a team to bring back players that have not performed for a while.
  6. Tynecastle, best away ground by far. Have to say, looked pretty solid for the best part of an hour and was really surprised when Foran made the change when he did. Mulraney was having his most disciplined game ever, giving Raven support plenty of support on the right hand side so was disappointed to see him get hooked.
  7. Would have to play Mark Brown and Dennis Wyness bet they could still cut it in the current set up.. Billy King is he available ? Do we know if tickets are available at Tynecastle?l
  8. Cannot disagree that we have issues all over the park, but we are talking here about a goalkeeping crisis. Individual goalkeeping errors are costing us and I can only imagine the negative impact it must have on the other 10 outfield players. Confidence is low and costly errors need to be cut out. Have every sympathy with OFW if he his being asked to play when not 100% fit,but it is not doing his GK reputation much good. Will be interesting to see if Chris Coleman includes him in his next squad. If we are to rescue what is left of this season RF needs to find a solution pretty quickly,
  9. Simple assumption, that if we have a GK that is struggling for form through carrying an injury, we bring in another keeper or refrain from sending out the 2nd choice out on loan. Now that is really amazing. Also, as you seem unable to grasp the reason we are rooted to the foot of the table I have an unqualified theory .Maybe it's because we have only won 3 games and conceded nearly a half century of goals. That is not so amazing.
  10. Absolutely horrendous that we will have no centre halves to play on Sat other than the kid from Celtic. Needless bookings for mouthing off to the referee probably counts for 2 of the 3 not being available
  11. Why only the resources for one keeper, we have at least 5 centre forwards on the books, an abundance of wide men and god knows how many central midfield players, could we have not sacrificed one of them for an experienced keeper. To go into a relegation battle with one goalkeeper who I am led to believe is not 100 % fit is an absolute cluster. This should and could have been addressed in the window if not before.
  12. Cannot fathom that if OFW serious lack of form is down to playing when he is unfit, then why would we loan out are 2nd choice keeper. The squad RF has put together is horrendously imbalanced with no defensive cover and a abundance of attack minded bit part players.
  13. FFS another shambles we have a GK who is a total liability a GK coach who cannot play because of injury all the time and the 2nd choice playing in the 4 tier and we cannot recall. You cannot make this up .
  14. Expected to take nothing today all I hoped for was to keep the score respectable and give a good account of ourselveswe We did neither even on 90 mins we could not keep them out
  15. Positive Mulraney and Ebbe the rest absolutely terrible including the managers schoolboy tactics. As good as Celtic can be we were absolutely shocking the space they had to play in was embarrassing think the referee saved us from a complete tanking today with his handling of the game.
  16. Absolute disgrace that he has retained his position .Absolute disgrace we do not have a back up keeper that can step up.Absolute disgrace we have no cover at all for the back 5. Absolute bizarre we never brought anybody in the window other more front players. if Esson cannot play what is his role
  17. John Hughes said some good things about his time and the players he managed on North Tonight this week, showed no bitterness towards the club at all. Good luck to him.
  18. Disaster for both us and player, for such a young guy he seems to pick up his fair share of long term injuries. Wonder how this effects his contract talks as he was due to make a decision on his future now if I remember rightly. How far away is McNaughton ? Will need to recall the lad Brown back from loan sharpish. We now have in our squad a defence that consists of 4 regular starters and a young loanee from Celtic and lets be honest I would be amazed if all 4 stay injury and suspension free for the rest of the season. Really hoped we would have acted in the window in bringing in an experienced defender.
  19. Even one person is one to many, don't ya think ?
  20. As much as we all want to see the positives and move out of the the bottom 2, what is quoted above is true. To date this has been a shambles and have to agree this is down to the Chairman and the board who knew that there were issues with JH yet did nothing in the way of lining up a suitable replacement. Appointing RF was nothing other than a knee jerk reaction, it was never based on anything he had on his CV, it was the easiest and most convenient option. RF conveniently got them out of a gigantic hole agreeing to take on the job. JH seems to come out of this pretty badly, but what about the board who decided that he must go because he questioned their ambition to move the club forward. Richie Foran still has my support and I really hope for his own sanity that we can turn the corner, and finish 10th.
  21. Relegation then administration is that the prospect, things that bad you think? Part Time football must be a reality if we go down, cannot sustain full time football on the pitiful attendances we get. Must have been just slightly over 2000 home supporters on Sat, now that is a worry.
  22. Cannot disagree with the stats no home win since Sept is certainly relegation form and yes a 2 each draw against a poor Dundee side should not be overly celebrated, but the attacking performance was so much better than the previous week. Good movement and creating good chances. Defensively though we were very poor as we have been all season, yet in the window we never strengthened at all. Why not ? Is McNaughton out for the whole season? Anybody know ?
  23. So much more movement today amazing the space Mckay and Anier created bringing other players into the game . A decent performance although think the Dundee goals should have been defended a lot better. Best game I have seen Billy King play but MoM was David Raven although he could so have easily ballsed it up at the end. 2600 in attendance including a couple of 100 from Dundee is pretty poor turn out ,thought we had at least 2500 Season ticket holders
  24. We can win this game I have confidence, but we need to get the ball down and play. Think one of best post's recently was that RF was trying to hard to win games, I can see what they were saying. There is no need to get the ball forward quickly all of the time, have a bit of patience. To be fair Tuesday was a complete nightmare, maybe even a wee bit of a fluke result on Hamilton's part. Although we haven't been winning we haven't been turned over regularly either, most games we have lost are by the odd goal. Cut out the errors and we will get 3 points on Saturday and RF can at last enjoy a Saturday night.
