  1. Strolled through the game to be honest could have scored more but seemed to settle on 3. Standouts for me the 2 fullbacks who look to really good buys. The guy Seedorf just oozes class and looks like he could play anywhere on the pitch. Only little niggle for me was the sh*te weather absolutely soaked.
  2. Hopefully we are not looking to sacrifice quality over quantity.
  3. Nobody from last years development squad made the step up. What about the young guy Foy came on against Elgin & Forres, looked promising.
  4. That pretty much sux. Should we be concerned that we cannot raise a team to play a pre- season friendly.
  5. Well beaten by a more committed team. Had hoped this would be Mulraneys season but he is really gonna have to improve dramatically and put the effort in. Same with Polworth needs to impose himself more ,should have been head and shoulders above the part timers of Forres and Elgin. Positives both fullbacks seemed pretty comfortable on the ball and the no 2 think it was Seedorf looked like a very decent player. Unfortunately the less said about the no 9 the better, offered nothing at all and looked disinterested. Time to move on now and play our best 11 next week ..
  6. Agreed the long term future of the club cannot be compromised, but at least with Draper you know what you are getting. Selling him and using his wages to bring in maybe 2 or 3 more untried lower league players does not guarantee success. RC are probably loving every minute of this unsettling our most influential player.
  7. Absolutely no to the sale of Draper to RC. A derisory offer which is a total p*ss take on their part. We simply cannot allow them to progress at our expense. Make him a contract extension he cannot refuse, demonstrate to him and the fans we are serious about returning at the first time of asking and last season was just a blip. We do not need a huge squad so bringing in more inferior players just because we have freed up wages by selling him on is just plain nonsense.
  8. What you on about........Mulraney was injured every time he played last season. Lost count the amount of times he hobbled off before the 90 minutes. in fact he is still injured now maybe a result from the knock he took at Forres in July 16.
  9. FFS hardly a brutal game , thought Forres outplayed us in the first half and the second was pretty uneventful . Interesting to see Polworth still used as wide right midfield was hoping he would be a direct replacement for Tansey. Hard to tell much about the trialist's after 1 game but liked the look of the young lad who came on No 17 very direct and pacy.
  10. Sorry slightly off topic but a big season for Jake Mulraney this year. Thought his introduction to the top flight came a little to early for him last season, he faded in and out of games quite significantly which is understandable given his age, experience and more often than not the tactics RF played . He needs a consistent run in his favoured position, needs to get amongst the goals early on and then hopefully we will see the best of him. A definite match winner.
  11. Sorry but do not agree, he is as much to blame as anyone for the absolute shambles the club is in at the moment, maybe more as he was in the chair when Foran was awarded an unprecedented 4 year deal. He also sat back and did nothing as we imploded, during a complete car crash of a season culminating in where we are today, stalking the bottom of the Highland League for players, hoping they will choose us over Arbroath.
  12. Really hope this is all rumour and speculation surrounding Ross Drape, although I am very surprised he wasn't one of the first to be picked off. A massive presence on the park his influence and will to win is vital to us getting out of the Championship at the first attempt and one of the few decent performers from last season.
  13. Couldn't make it could ya they get Hayes, Shinnie and Tansey for zilch yet we are expected to pay for the services of their reserve team coach.
  14. Surprised you do not care, all through last season we were told by the majority on here how JH leaving cleared us out financially and was the reason we were struggling with a meagre budget. He was public enemy No 1. Now not a peep, how things change eh .
  15. Agreed, the manager has left and its time to move on, but at what financial expense to the club. We are in a sh*t state no manager, half a squad, best players on the move and an assistant manager who is blamed by many on here for the part in RF downfall hiring and firing players. How do you suggest we move on.
  16. And why not.... thought communication with the supporters was the way forward.
  17. Would really like to know how much Foran and Cameron walked away with for their 11 months of car crash management. Maybe nothing and they did the honourable thing, but as taken for granted supporters it would be nice to know our Season Ticket money is going direct to the Club and not being used to subsidise pay offs.
  18. Absolutely agree has feck all managerial experience , once bitten and all that
  19. No idea how they finance their club , but I am concerned that we are being left behind both on and off the field .
  20. Really the same back line that kept next to none clean sheets all season and were left chasing shadows at Hamilton and Ross county ,on the plus side at least you never mentioned OFW .
  21. Was always going to be the case , what do you expect from a progressive ,forward looking football club. We are well and truly f****d thanks to Foran and Cameron and could set us back years.
  22. Absolute fecking joke and they have the balls to send out season ticket renewals at last years SPL prices. Who the f****k are we being asked to pay to watch and who is making all these calls when we haven't appointed a manager yet.
  23. Foran strikes me as terrible man-manager, who post match interviews throughout this season have been embarrassing to the club. All this talk about dressing room 'issues' are a smokescreen to mask his chronic inability to do the job he's been paid for. I can except relegation it happens, the manner in which we went down leaves a bitter taste. Think David Raven summed it up perfectly for me on Saturday stating that ' We were just not good enough' no excuses, no bullsh*t and no looking for scapegoats.
  24. If any player in the squad has major cause for grievance with Foran it should be Boden. He has been well and truly f***** over this year, given absolutely no chance to prove his worth. JH got slated for his treatment of David Raven last year being accused of all sorts of bullying tactics, from many on here but from where I am sitting this is on a par. If Foran didn't rate him why did he not get rid of him in January, when he brought in another 3 forward players Mckay, Ebbe and Anier. Absolutely garbage man management. The guy never got a sniff yet he's been written off as 'absolutely useless' based on what exactly, how many first team games has he started and finished ?
