  1. 1548 GOAL! DUNFERMLINE 1-0 INVERNESS CT (JOE CARDLE) B###ocks!!!!!!!!
  2. 1517 Nick Ross has the first effort on target at East End Park, but the Inverness midfielder's effort from an acute angle is saved by Dunfermline goalkeeper Chris Smith.
  3. Yogi Hughes has been appointed new manager with John Collins appointed Director of Football, not a bad double appointment for them IMO. Still suprised/shocked by the 'reasoning' the board gave for the sacking of Bollan
  4. Would like to see this: ---ESSON--- MEEKINGS---TOKELY---GILLET---SHINNIE ---FORAN---TANSEY--- HAYES---WINNAL---GNAKPA TADE But probably this: ---ESSON--- MEEKINGS---TOKELY---GILLET---SHINNIE FORAN---TANSEY HAYES---ROSS---SUTHERLAND ---TADE---
  5. Rangers are now officially in administration having appointed administrators Duff and Phelps. The HMRCs seperate attempt to put rangers into administration and appoint their own administrators failed Immediate 10 point deduction will apply
  6. Rangers have a much superior youth setup to ours and i'm sure there are a few gems that would be valuable additions to ours and indeed most SPL sides however i would think that the first things an administrator would look at would be a) selling off the biggest assets in terms of players ie. MacGregor, Davis etc and b) looking to shift on (make redundant) players that may not necessarily have a resale value but that are drawing a large wage, probably the likes of McCulloch etc I would think the administrator would keep younger players on the books as they would be on comparatively cheap wages
  7. Correct me if im wrong but i get the impression that if the HMRC suceed with their administration application today then they can appoint administrators of their choice and will no doubt strip every asset available to reclaim what they are owed. Rangers/Craig Whyte would have no say in who is appointed and therefore no influence on how deep the administrators cut.
  8. Not sure how this would affect matters: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-glasgow-west-17026172
  9. I have to say id still like to see a jaggy style black/red striped top used as an away strip at some point in the future
  10. Is there anything to stop Whyte bankrupting/collapsing the club which would see Rangers in its current form cease to exist and then start up a new 'Rangers 2012' type company with no debt?
  11. I wonder if this is some ploy to get around the tax case? If they had heard they were going to lose the case, would entering administration mean they arent legally bound to pay the HMRC seeing as they dont have the money/assets to do so?
  12. hearing reports that Rangers FC lawyers have signalled an intention to go into administration. Cant say i didnt see this coming although with the impending HMRC case drawing nearer is it a case of jumping before they were pushed?
  13. Absolutely incredible that the Ivory Coast did not win the competition considering they didnt concede any goals in normal play. I watched the shoot out last night and was amazed by the standard of penalties taken, barring the misses from Toure and Gervinho the quality of penalties were remarkable. The majority of which were unsavable, there was one in particular from the Zambian number 19, he barely looked old enough to be playing but rocketed it into the absolute uppermost corner of the goal frame. Always great to see the under-dog triumph and i have to say was delighted when they stuck away the last pen. Goes to show that all these superstars playing in the EPL arent all they cracked up to be
  14. ########!!! come on lads
  15. I completely agree. I have never known a season where we have had so many injuries and it is holding us back big time
  16. Confirmed in todays press and journal, Shinnie is set to be out for the rest of the season after an op on his broken metatarsal. Terrible, terrible news
  17. Space hoppers
  18. I hear that Aaron Doran and Owain Tudor Jones are playing in a bounce game today through in Aberdeen, fingers crossed they both come through unscathed. Two great players IMO and we could certainly do with them back and fighting fit I'll see if i can find out any info on the game later on
  19. The BBC now appear to have corrected their mistake:
  20. Williams ruled out of tomorrows game, slight knee injury, he hopes to be back in time for the Celtic game
  21. Signing confirmed by the club, deal till the end of the season, not loan deal http://ictfc.com/news/club-news/388-new-signing-claude-gnapka
  22. More information on the possible move here: http://www.expressandstar.com/sport/walsall-fc/2012/01/27/claude-gnakpa-set-to-join-inverness-caledonian-thistle/
  23. Rooney is first name on the list IMO Closely folled by Cowie, Robson and Rankin Wouldnt take Mackie back, i can vividly remember the amount of chances he squandered playing for us
  24. Now rumoured to be signing for Dunfermline
  25. If you put Djebi-Zadi in at LB and push Morgan into left midfield then take Kerr out i think you are pretty much there
