  1. I think you'll find the majority of the support will back you all the way with that post, KB... :022: Have you been working on it for long..? Seriously... It wouldn't do any harm at all for that post to be printed out and a copy sent to each and every member of the ICT board.... :018: absolutely, i agree JB have to say i'm in agreement with kingbeastie's concerns/views of the season
  2. i'm never gonna win, i give up
  3. me neither

  5. The satisfaction of knowing that you are the most intelligent person on this forum by virtue of outmaneuvering everyone else. not gonna be easy :024:

  10. did you see him play out there?
  11. ive heard that he is on the lookout for a club in the UK after being released from Toronto. Anyone think he'd be worth looking at?
  12. Bus - Not after his display up here a few weeks ago soutar - hit and miss, can be good but similarly can be gash Kelly - never heard of him but if it was a choice between him or Zibi then no contest :023: Byrne- no better than we have, good going forward but ropey at the back Johnathon Smith - never heard of him Steve Lovell - would be a great signing but i think his wage demands would be very high
  13. heard we got beat 3-2 after going 1 nil up early on. :rolleyes02: Anyone heard any more? like line-up etc?
  14. Had a quick look at a chester city fans forum, to summarise it looks like Butler (player and assitant manager) sat with Brewster at the weekend watching the game but what they discussed is open to interpretation. Chester fans seem to think Butler and Dinning are having a disruptive influence behind the scenes just now and hence they have been suspended accordingly. Their fans also seem to think that the players we are more likely interested in could be Linwood, Murphy and Kevin Roberts (a promising youth player i think) rather than Butler and Dinning who are 35 and 33 respectively. IMO its a freshen up our squad is needing, not older experienced players.
  15. an article in the front of the courier states that Robbo has been appointed business development manager for orion now while he tries to "expand his managment experience into the business world"
  16. and here was me expecting a quiet weekend regarding ICT!!! :010: :010:
  17. Worth bearing in mind that a large proportion of the Aberdeen side of the eighties that Alex Ferguson created came from the central belt... What attractions were there in Aberdeen for them..? None... If you read Gordon Strachan's autobiography... I have difficulty in understanding why so many born and bred Invernesians seem to be **** bent on putting this area down at every opportunity... :024: i would of thought the draw for aberdeen in the eighties would of been the chance of silverware. i certainly dont agree with the fact that 'attractions' influence a player. i wouldnt say i put this area down but understand why some may be put off by relocating up here. the questions is how is this situation adressed?
  18. maybe for tourists or marius, who i beleive has photos up on his website of loch ness, but cant see nessie being a big draw for a pro footballer from the central belt deciding whether to move North :004: spot on
  19. We're all entitled to our opinion :001: CaleyD - seems to me it's the latter! and yet for someone who's only got 11 posts to his profile, quite a few are taking up discussing Juanjo :024: BTW, we still supposed to say Whwan-jo (as in Banjo) or Whan-ho (as it should be but not quite so comical) Pretty sure its the Juanjo as in banjo :001: theres got to be a song in there somewhere :015:
  20. How many more times will our "Geographical position " be used ? we're not exaclty on the Moon are we ! & for another thing The Capital of the Highlands is a much nicer place to be than many ! I as much as anyone would be delighted to see ICT attain top 6 next season but we need more young New fresh faces libero you forgot to mention Finland I dont like the fact that geography affects our ability to sign players and i certainly dont think it should but unfortunately it does. I completely agree that fresh new faces are needed however i dont see any harm in giving trials to former players who may enhance the squad or players from over the bridge (if they are good enough). and canada :004:
  21. unfortunately though due to our geographical position and our limited budget we cannot pick any player we want. IMO juanjo would improve the squad so i do not see any any problem with him or any other player who may improve the squad been given a trial looking further? further than romania, spain and germany? :029:
  22. surely getting a suitable squad assembled as quickly as possible for next seasons top six challenge is pretty high up on the list of important things to adress for next season? :024:
  23. knowing our luck......probably not we'll just have to wait until the fixtures are put up on the SPL website at 10pm tonight. :rolleyes02:
