Is it fair to assume, given that the 3rd (and according to Brewster, the final) deadline has come and gone, we have heard the last of this saga? Surely the **** take has ended?

I will whinge all i like when the site has been pure pish! Stop defending it just coz its your baby. Tell me.....what am i supposed to do here........i want to make my 3 changes today, but the site hasnt changed my team since i emailed in my changes on thursday. So .....has the changes taken place? if so...how am i to transfer players (from emailed transfers) that arent even showing up as in my team? For eg: David Villa is still showing up as on my team, but i requested to transfer him on thursday. Now I want him back in for todays game. So, is he still officially in my team, or was he transferred and they have yet to update my team?

whats the odds IF he does come, he will come out with the old there was only ever one club for me routine?

I think the opinions being aired are more to do with his pissing us about more than his ability

You would have thought users making transfers by email would have received an email confirming the changes....but no!

Its becoming a farce now :33: :020: I cant even remember who is in my team after shuffling it around and am not convinced the emailing changes even works :020:

having read the article in todays courier, Barrowman is clearly taking the p155. He has had two deadlines come and go, he is quoted as saying "its still early days" My reading of things is.....he hasnt got as many offers as he makes out, and he is taking his time to see if anything else comes along. Am sure if there was other offers on the table, he would have said yes or no to us by now. He may well live to regret his stalling. Also, Brewster quoted as saying there probably wont be any new faces till july makes me think he doesnt expect Barrowman to arrive given he has allegedly slapped the THIRD deadline for today.

Sod him......leave him to his games....look for another striker! Back in the real world tho, since those at ICT severely lack any form of backbone, this will probably rumble on for a while yet :020:

You mean you get 3 transfers every day? I made 3 changes yesterday and thought that was them all used up but its saying i got 3 remaining today?

I cant even get logged in or anything. Its the worst, most unreliable site EVER! Anyone else get the email stating we would get 12 transfers b4 the 1/4 finals start?

My opinion of the situation is thus.......I think a guy that scores 30 goals on Div II, well, you can probably half that again for amount he likely to score in Div I. I am unsure as to whether or not Barrowman will cut it a SPL level....am prepared to give him the benefit of the doubt. However....like Reedee....i just want a line drawn under this matter once and for all. I dont like us being made to wait. I think WE should be applying deadlines to potential transfers.

Well...same old story. Andy Barrowman was going to let us know his decision BEFORE he went on holiday (3 weeks ago). Then he decided against it. Then Grassa is on paper last thursday expecting to get a decision from him within 48 hrs. Here we are an additional 3 days later and still no word. Is it any wonder players **** us about when we let them call the shots? :020: Call his bluff i say and tell him to let us know by tomo night or forget it and move on!

Funny how the younger ones havent gained the realisation that Spain ALWAYS fall flat on their faces after much promise at tournaments. Ad be suprised if they get past Quarter Finals!

Well folks, its official, Gretna are out of the Scottish Leagues. They withdrew this morning. Wonder if they will take someone new in?

You cant compare the two leagues as it isnt an level palying field financially. I know Celtic AND Rangers would thrive in the EPL given the same money the other teams are getting. They would also be THE biggest teams attendance wise....both capable of attracting over 80 000 easily to such games. Old Firm would do better in the EPL constraints than the top English teams would do within the SPL (on equivalent money)

I think you underestimate the SPL more than we do the skill of this player

Exactly my thoughts James. From that level, you should need to be an exceptional talent for anyone to take a punt for SPL
