Might be an idea to state whether or not you have the reciept. Not only does it prove your story, but more importantly it gives the buyer peice of mind knowing if there be a problem in the next 10 months...they can take it back to Argos. -

The only part even the most PC person could possibly find offensive, is the "idiot" part. As dewsberrydude pointed out....two thirds of his remarls were based on facts!

At the end of the day...we dont have the population up here to produce the youngsters in the required numbers. Also...you look at ANY team playing at the highest level.....their young ones are very seldom "local" talent

I think the difference is....brewsters actions were that of a desperate man, and he wasnt adressing the true deficiencies in the team. And he had burned his bridges with the majority of the fans by that time. Hence why people were getting on his back.

I am not to bothered about Cowie leaving...as i understand it...he has had one good game this season (up to the standard he had set himself last season) and that was against hearts last week.

Av liked the way TB is with the media. He is very honest and calls it as he sees it. I recall some seasons ago...we went to Motherwell and beat em soundly. He went on to heap praise us in the after match interview. So refreshing to hear a manager aknowledge the oppositions part in the game, rather than blame it on his own teams shortcomings

No and Yes i voted. I believe,EVERY team in the league normally has at least a wee run of results going for them (ala Hamilton at the mo) We are long overdue our run, and i think with TB coming in, it will give us the impetus we require

Can i just say....Butcher will get my full backing if, as expected, he is unvieled as manager. I thought he did an excellent job at Motherwell under difficult circumstances.....and recall well playing good football. And at the end of the day...as long as i feel i have been entertained, i will be happy.

Just something to chew over.....apart from Sydney FC.....Butcher has lost a lot more games than he has won in EVERY job he had. In about half his appointments, he has lost nigh on twice as many games as he has won. Seems to draw more than win too!

I am not to disheartened about the score today. On the bright side...we scored 2! Ordinarily, Tynecastle is one of the grounds i would expect us to come away with nothing more often than not.
