Fergie Retires
The "Special One" is fine where there are big purses to spend. The real test is working within constraints and getting the best results. Thats a REAL manager. For my Money....MOYES is the second best Manager in the UK

Europe:- The Final Countdown
£1.52 Million would certainly make the books look healthier this year. What sort of money are we used to getting? About £600k-750k?

Europe:- The Final Countdown
Might not be so easy playing against fringe players....who will be keen to prove themselves to the manager :)

Europe:- The Final Countdown
Well....way i see it.....all things considered...the season has been a sucsess. We made top 6, which is about the most realistic challenge we should ever realistically set for ourselves. IMHO, to set our sights any higher than that would be folly. But it will be gut wrenching to see European Football slip away when we got so close. But it is just an added bonus to even be thinking about that.. but as long as C*unty dont snatch it at our expense, then, i will still be happy.

Europe:- The Final Countdown
This is what is wrong with us................happy to be here etc. The top-six bit is fine, but it means sod all if we don't get Europe and worse still if you know who does ROSS COUNTY US ============= ========= scottish cup final semi final top six first time of asking took years europe i think so i dont think so in our shadows i definately dont think so The only reason C*unty made it to the Top 6 this season is because they happened to arrive at a time when the standard of football has been pretty unremarkable. No Rangers for a start, Hearts, Hibs, Aberdeen, Dundee Utd ALL underacheiving. Even the Champions have dropped 33 pts so far this season, which is a record. They have won once away from home in their last 7 games....yet still crowned champions. That tells you how poor the standard has been this year. I also happen to think ICT have benefitted from all of the above also.

old inverness football photos
It was where the current Currys electrical Store is now. The Co-Op is roughly where the old Frozen Foods shop was. To anyone who hasnt been in Inverness in the past 25-30 yrs, the whole top end of telford street would be pretty much unrecognisable

Celtic -V- ICT
County and St Johnstone did us a MASSIVE favour by drawing 2-2 this afternoon. I was getting worried when Saints were 2-1 up and within two points of ICT

New Strip.
Yeah....those involved, certainly are slow off the mark compared to many other teams at getting the New strips out for sale. Certainly been true whilst we been with our current suppliers

6pts needed for European Footie?
My dislike for them harks back to the Old Highland League days. There was a healthy dislike between Caley and County fans.

Life without Rangers...How was it for you?
Well....we have very nealry gone a full season without Rangers in the SPL? How do you feel it has gone? What have been the pros and cons? Has the league suffered? has it improved? Discuss

Who would you rather Have in SPL
So, its looking as though its gonna be Morton or Partick Th in the SPL next season? Anyone got any prefference? Maybe one is a better day out than the other....or whatever?

6pts needed for European Footie?
No and no. If the Scottish Cup winners have already qualified for the Champions League, the Europa League place is handed to the runners-up, and if the winners have already qualified for the Europa League, the Europa League place is given to the fourth placed SPL club. Unless Celtic fail to win the league, St. Mirren appear to be going to Europe next season. Well, that is contrary to what was said on Sky Sports. However...i dont pretend to know one way or the other for sure I may well be wrong but in 2010, Motherwell got a European slot because both the winners and runners up of the SC had already qualified for Euro competition. One less place up for grabs so I assumed it would be St Mirren. Gretna played in Europe without winning SC? This is hurting my brain, away for a lie down now. I dunno....but, it seems for the good of Scottish hopes in europe, by way of number of teams competing (and to increase ICT's chance of getting into Europa Cup) we need Cellic to win scottish cup
