It was much nearer to the 90s that the stands were taken down. Clach had the biggest capacity ground in the Highland League back then. Ive read stories of the Clach vs Caley new yrs derby attracting crowds of 12 000!!. In the old highland league Derbies, Caley fans used to get the stand on the right, which is only partially shown, and the Wine Shed. I know this to be true...as i meandered between the two frequently on Derby days of old. happy happy days :)

Oh....i missed that post. So.....theres no live coverage of most SPFL games these days? Is it only Open All Mics that Scottish fans have to tune into?

What has haappened to match coverage on MFR 2? I went and tuned in on me ickle DAB radio....and there was nothing doing :(

Bottom line....i simply do not see us as the best team in Scotland. Sure....we got off to a flyer......and im enjoying being at the top as much as anyone.....but, i do think, come the end of the season, Dougal (regardless of what you think of him) his post is the one that is probably going to be the closest to being accurate in its content

Obviously, all the ICT players attributes will be 100%, thats if the game is to be realistic

Great display today. 2-0 up at half time today...but unlike the other games we have been in that situation (Well and Tic) we carried on the first half dominance into the second half. I thought Nick Ross played really well today....lots of lung bursting runs down the left flank. Richie Foran put in a captians performance. The defence looks solid and plenty creativity in the midfield and yet again, we have found a striker who flourishes in the ICT colours.The whole team put in a real good shift for the whole 90 mins today. its amazing how productive our play can be when we actually play fotball....as opposed to just lumping the ball up the park. If we can maintain this standard of play for a good part of the season.....then European football could be a realistic target.

Oh.....and he says he wants to go to more games...so ICT might have a new supporter :)

Yes and yes. I was amazed.....my youngest lasted the whole game and was enjoying himself. he was joining in with the clapping and stamping of feet. He said his favorite part.....was the goals being scored....so given that he has difficulty understanding of the game, hes sussing it out quickly :)

I just hope the wee man can last the whole game. He is autistic and only wants to go coz I was going. But he has been quizzing me about footie this morn. I just hope the noise doesnt get to him...or its a long walk home lol

I am planning taking my son to his first football game today. Problem is....upon looking for tickets to the game online....it appears that Family Section Tickets have to be bought in advance from the ticket office. it says at least 1 hour before the game. The snag is, I would need to get The Caley Club bus down to the game, as we have no transport. So that rules out getting the tickets in advance like the website says. Does anyone know if the club are that stringent about picking up the tickets, or do you think they might be flexible? I have tried phoning the Ticket Office, but not getting a reply.....which is pretty incredible given its a match day!

I dont see why a Club and their loyal fans should face losing their beloved club, coz they were mismanaged for years by a complete NUTCASE! At the same time, make no mistake about it....the no 1 aim of this move, is designed to boost the ICT coffers.

I thought the Doran penalty incident WAS a penalty at the time. Anytime i have seen it since has not made me change my mind. It was a CLEAR shove in the back, and denied Doran a scoring chance.

There seems to be a formula when making offers for ICT players. I think the formula goes something like this........think of the going rate for such a player....then offer ICT 1/10th of that amount
