ICT Squad 2026/27
Daniel Mackay in the P&J dropping big hints about his availability for ICT, should we be interested. Might be a decent shout if he can stay injury-free.

ICT Squad 2026/27
And I think that is our level - solid Championship team with hopefully the occasional foray into the Premiership. Recognising this would I think prevent the freefall experienced by our neighbours after the shock of relegation from the Premiership, which they considered to be their rightful place.

Thanks to the team and management for what you've achieved over the season, and today. And thanks to Alan Savage, for making all this possible!

Assuming Stenny don't get two 8-0 wins! 😄

Scott Kellacher: Yay or Nay 🤔🤔?
Well if we don't get promoted this season we may well have a bolstered Ross County to contend with in place of Stenhousemuir! I'd be inclined to stick with Kells regardless of whether or not we gain promotion, but I think if we're in the Championship in January 2027 and staring relegation in the face, then we've got to be looking at alternatives. And as Big Cherly alluded to, he is perhaps too loyal to the players, too much of a nice guy, and needs to develop a mean streak!

Back to the day job then, enlightened, enriched, hopefully. Well done Chanka!

No bite. Wasted crosses into box. Same old same old.

ICT vs Cove
Not just you but . . . . . applauding and booing is probably the most effective form of feedback from the spectator to the performer. Whether it be opera, orchestra, theatre, rock concert, sport or whatever - you pay to be entertained. And if the entertainment is not to the standard you expect - bum notes, forgotten lines, singing out of key, wasted crosses and corners - dissatisfaction is expressed by the boo. Similarly if all is going well, applause and cheering is the appropriate response. I'm not a boo-er myself but I can accept that it's a less harmful way of expressing disapproval than simply not going to the next home game because you didn't appreciate the fare being served up in the previous one!

ICT vs Cove
Just wish Jordan Alonge wouldn't go to ground so easily (and unconvincingly) when he's in the penalty area. He's a good player - no need for that! Embarrassing.

Coping in the Championship
Watching last night's game on Alba I was impressed by how well we outplayed Ayr for the majority of the game. Not so sure if we currently have the tools to gain promotion from the Championship but we will certainly be able to compete at Championship level and will not be out of our depth.

Stenny @ Home Feb2026
Even Kells has alluded to this, saying recently how refreshing it was to play a higher-league team in the Challenge Cup because they played attacking football rather than packing the defence, as is the norm with teams in our own league. I can understand it too. Currently, we are the big-shots and teams will try to prevent us playing, hoping to hit us on the break but playing predominantly defensively. A bit like when teams play Rangers or Celtic.

Home games run - in : School kids
Important to catch them when they're young, before they slot into the Rangers/Celtic thing. Support your home-town club!

Breaking the stranglehold
Midweek fixtures haven't done Heart's title aspirations any harm despite a slippery derby game against Hibs, which they won with a last-gasp goal. Great to see Rangers losing a couple of points tonight against a classy Motherwell side, and so close to seeing Celtic doing likewise against rock-bottom Livi! Huge game this Sunday: Rangers vs Hearts. C'mon the Jambos!
