  1. Alex MacLeod mentions this on post no 5. Means we will have to put out a young team, which is the norm for this competition

Ha ha. I think that they are just waiting for some stock to arrive. Don't think it'll be tomorrow though. I don't know when it will be, but it should be soon. Save your pennies. lol

Not long to wait now - launch should be quite soon.
  4. I am sure that it is due to Terry that we have hung onto some of the players who were offered deals elsewhere. I also wonder if they were waiting until they were 100% sure Terry would be here next season before making a comittment
  5. I paid for mine weeks ago and haven't got mine yet either 'I aint boffered tho' I was sent out a receipt the next day so I have proof and I cant use it for another month yet anyway. Im the same as you... unless we have special ones.. HA! she said to me about 4 weeks ago that they would be about 6 weeks till they are printed as the fixture lists hadnt been relased..... and I spoke to someone just today when i popped in the shop, they said they hadnt been sent out yet.. unless i miss understood the They havent been sent out bit, I'm guessing she should have said, your's hasnt been sent out yet. I went in today and renewed our tickets. I got them there and then, so they definitely have them now. I think there is a delay if you take the deferred payment as they have to process it all before they can release the tickets
  6. Havnt heard anything about Docherty yet. So who does that leave in the backroom staff Stuart Garden (goal keeper coach) & John Docherty (first team coach) Seemingly Garden has gone and Doc will be offered part-time role. Dont know about that but is Mo not the first team coach Yes, but Doc is also a first team coach, don't know what title Maurice has, possibly head coach or something like that.
  7. I know that we have received a few e-mails, but I wouldn't expect a response yet until we have confirmed the dates and times. DJS will respond in due course. Provisionally I would suggest that the weekend of 11/12 July is looking most likely at the moment.
  8. More than happy to do my bit
  9. This poster has seen both sides of Mike Smith and the fact he feels like posting this statement speaks volumes. How do you take your coffee? :(
  10. Ironic then that you were personally responsible for our recent relegation.
  11. Ha ha - all depends on the driver :(
  12. All the very best to you both. I hope that this weather holds out for you. See you tomorrow xxxxxxx
  13. I'm not the most technically minded, but I don't see how that would work. Maybe Scotty/CaleyD could have a look into this a bit further and see if they can get to the bottom of it. Seems very strange as no one else has reported any issues as far as I'm aware.
  14. Yes
  15. Ha ha - maybe I was a politician in a previous life or something. Just pointing out that both statements made perfect sense. We don't usually ban people from all forums as that would be a total site ban and that is a very last resort and very rare, but it can and has been done. Either on a temporary or permanent basis. There have been a number of posts hidden, moved or deleted in recent weeks as they have crossed the line in many different ways.
  16. It's that old chestnut "communication" again. :whip01: Who mods the mods? Two completely different things. Scotty says we don't usually ban people from whole forums (eg. NON-ICT), although we do often ban posters from individual threads. TM4TJ says thay you can be removed from all forums which would be a complete ban of the site. Different statements entirely. I can assure you that communication between Admin/Moderators is actually very good and most decisions are made in consultation with other Mods
  17. Oops, think I closed this by mistake, hope it's sorted now
  18. Damned if we do, Damned if we don't.
  19. I don't believe that to be the case.
  20. I don't attack the club for not publishing their plans as I wouldn't expect them to do that. In fact that is exactly my point when I said that the chairman was all over the press announcing redundancies without first putting the staff on redundancy notice. Some of the announcements yesterday have been agreed for a few weeks now, but they chose not to share it. That's their perogative. My point was that I believe that it was a direct result of the fans unrest that they chose now to share this information. I also ended with a positive comment. I think now that they have shown that they are working away behind the scenes they will have installed some confidence in the fans. I'm also sure when TB returns we will be talking about football once again and looking forward.
  21. I actually think that the system is flawed and that it shouldn't be the case of things being so bad with the mother before things can be changed. This thinking that kids are best with their mother is not always right. I was actually speaking to someone about this last night and apparently there are 1 or 2 countries where the child belongs to the father. They are very open minded about affairs and if you were to get their wife pregnant, they don't even have a problem with that as long as you take your child away with you when you go. Now that is the other extreme where the mothers have no rights so I'm not saying that's ideal either, but there must be some common ground. Good luck Smee
  22. Alex, I have to say your desire to put a positive spin on every story regrading ICT is admirable. Some of the decisions publicised have been fairly common knowledge for a few weeks now and could have been publicised earlier if the club had chosen to. I think this would have settled the fans down a little to know that something was being done. I actually agree with IHE that this could well be a result of the unrest shown on this forum, with fans looking for some news. I know that the couldn't publicise things until the staff had been spoken to but they did publicise the fact that there was going to be redundancies without first notifying the staff. I understand that the funding for the under 19s has now gone, but I'm still disappointed at some of the cuts in the Youth & Community. Danny is a victim of the relegation restructure. He may have finally chosen to go, but I suspect that was rather than accept what was offered to him and his department. He is also a gentleman and if he had something else in the pipeline I believe he would take that and save the jobs of some others in his staff. I am very sorry to see him leave ICT. I am however happy that this announcement is made and with Terry back next week I think we will start to see some very positive and motivating press and we can all look forward to some fun days out in the 1st division.
  23. I thought that Alec Cleland would have a role, but sadly he has gone too. More like Charlie Christie will fill Dannys boots I would think
  24. So you have mentioned. I have to say that I totally believe Terry & Maurice are the right people to at least have us challenging next season. Terry's speech at the ball was so passionate, I believe they will give us a fighting chance. I really hope that when he returns to work on Monday we will see some positive press which will hopefully cheer us all up again. I'm looking forward to many things about next season, but theres 1 or 2 things about the transition I've not been too excited about. So I'm looking forward to having Terry & Maurice back at work and moving on. We've just got to get on with it and support the team we all love. Not sure why this has been merged as I liked the idea of a slighly more psoitive thread
  25. They will need to reprint the menu as the name is GrassA not GrassER!!!!!!
