Brian Irvine/Duncan Shearer
In attempt to look at the spelling mistake I have lost my signature altogether. I'm hoping Scotty kept a copy of it and it will be re-sinstated soon.

I particularly noticed Brian Irvine was very conscious of the Caley THISTLE title, they may have slipped up a couple of times but in the whole they didn't forget about the Jaggies.

There will be a lovely plastic membership card on it's way to you very shortly along with a share certificate. Caley100/Starchief - I did say this wasn't a management thread - I think we have quite enough of those already. :-)

I didn't realise it said that, but yes it looks like 5 annual payments of ?10. I'm sure you would be able to cancel during this period if you wanted to, but on the plus side it makes renewal hassle free.

Brian Irvine/Duncan Shearer
No this is not my prediction for the new management team, although with the wealth of knowledge shared between these guys, I reckon we could do a lot worse. Last night we had the Supporters Trust AGM followed by our usual football forum and Brian and Duncan were our panelists. As seems to be the way with AGM's generally, the attendance was not great, however a lot of our members missed out on a great night. Thanks to all who attended and submitted questions for the panel. A huge thank you to Brian Irvine and Duncan Shearer for a really informative and entertaining evening. They had played together for a while at Aberdeen, so they had a few memories to share and Duncan played for Ossie Adilies at Swindon, so we had a bit of an insight to the kind of guy he is. I don't see him as a genuine canidate for the ICT job, but he seems to have a fairly good pedigree. Duncan certainly enjoyed working with him. Thanks also to DJS, who just managed to chair it all while still recovering from illness, his voice managed to hold out which was looking unlikely earlier in the week. We also have an addition to our Supporters Trust board and are happy to welcome CaleyD on board, I'm sure he will be an excellent addition to the team. Thanks again to everyone who attended and I hope you enjoyed your night as much as I did.

Away strip 2009/10?
Unfortunately they don't stock these items in the shop as a rule.

Away strip 2009/10?
It is indeed a training top, comes in all colours including Purple and Orange !!!!!! It is the same as the plain white one they used as a strip for some games, they could do worse as the all white was quite nice.

Wilson: "Bring Back Robbo"
Wrong David Sutherland, I don't think DJS will have a say. DFS is the man

John Robertson (Robbo)
For those who missed this first time around, have a read and most of your questions have probably been answered already. He certainly explains what happened after he left us for Hearts. To avoid any confusion, Sally is Robbo using Mrs Robbos computer. :-)

Wilson: "Bring Back Robbo"
I'd love to see him in place for the Hearts game but he would have been contacted by the club by now, if he was going to be offered the position.... I don't think they will speak to him unless their 1st choice turns them down. I'm sure he'll be on the back burner though.

Wilson: "Bring Back Robbo"
And we could certainly do a whole lot better. What has John Robertson done since leaving ICT? Get sacked a few times for not getting results. Steven Pressley would bring some passion to the team as well as being an excellent manager. With Barry Wilson as deputy. I think if you look back a few pages you will see a copy of a thread where John Robertson explained exactly what happened at every club he managed since leaving ICT. Hearts was an unfortunate one as it was the start of the Romanov era, but I think he's done a good job everywhere he has been. I found his tactics good and he seems to be able to get the most out of the players and I'm pretty sure he would turn around any unrest in the dressing room with immediate effect. That in itself would be a huge boost. Get him in charge for Saturday - Away to Hearts - Karma!!!! He lives in Inverness - so no travelling issues and he will be released with his employers blessing with immediate effect if he was offered the position.

New Manager Odds (merged)
No coincidence that the odds are slashed from 25-1 to 9-4

SURVIVAL ?
The talk on our bus yesterday was not if, but when we go down. Grounds we used to go to and the good craic we had in the first division. Not so much worried about relegation now, but resigned to the fact that's where we will be. I think I have said somewhere before that we could accept our league position if we were playing well and just not getting the breaks, because eventually things start to go your way. I don't think our current performances are good enough to save us. Lots of possible excuses yesterday, weather, officials etc. On this occasion they can't blame the fans, who travelled in large numbers and sung for 90 mins. (even if some of it wasn't what they wanted to hear)

HAMILTON PUB INVITE
Thank you very much to Chambers for providing a fantastic pre match venue. Buffet was much appreciated and the craic was first class. Great to see a lot of people we haven't seen for ages. Apart from the football, I've had a great day.

Congratulations to Calum & Jill
Congratulations guys. After speaking to Jill at the game on Saturday, I'm sure she won't be too upset that little Kyle turned up a couple of weeks early. Also good that he has managed to arrive when there are a couple of weeks before our next home game. (think the due date was 1st Feb - home to Celtic - good boy arriving sharpish :-) ) Really delighted for them all, take care x

ICT sign Richard Byrne
To be fair Brewster seems to have a good team around him when it comes to fitness. We are very lucky with injuries and seem to manage to get the best out of guys who have had previous injuries. I hope that with Brews training in conjunction with advice from the physio they can strenghen him up to lessen the risk of injury. Look at Dargo, he was excellent for us and as soon as he left he was out for months again injured. Fingers crossed we achieve the same with Byrne. x

Team for Hamilton
Cant, but oh I would love too, what do you know about talking back and fined??????? Seems fairly common knowledge Gillian.,although I heard it was on Monday, so it couldn't have been the reason for being out on Saturday, I was happy enough with the cup tied excuse. I hope we can hang on to Blackie until the Summer, but there's little point in paying a wage if we are not going to play him. I suspect his comments to the manager won't have helped his case to be in the starting line up on Saturday, probably the same for Imrie. However the fact that they were apparently disciplined this should be the end of it and they should be available for selection. As I said if we're not going to play Blackie we should just let him go for a nominal amount and save a wage. Okay back on topic. Not sure about goals, but I think Ikey might just be getting the cup games. I thought he did really well on Saturday but I suspect Esson could start on Saturday. Esson Rossco Pavels Grant Hastings McBain Duncan Cowie Vigurs Morais Rooney

So, as it stands...
Rory is being made available for loan, doesn't say he's away. I think he will be gone, but not just quite yet it would seem.

Hamilton Game (merged)
Having finally decided to go, I'm looking forward to it too. Haven't been to an away game for ages and I'm not only looking forward to the game but also to meeting up with the MOB. :-) Looks like the HMS sneck is full steam ahead for Saturday. See you all there.

Time for change
I know - how about Dargo??
-
Morais
I believe the plan is to give them a couple of weeks to settle in and then possibly extend their contracts beyond the end of the season. I liked what I saw today, he certainly seemed to give the whole team a lift and he put it a top personal performance. Deserved man of the match.

HELP, ICT v Partick
Definitely cash turnstiles in operation, so you'll be fine.

Hamilton Game (merged)
I would certainly hope so. No reason why anyone would want to take a car or train journey. I'm sure there will be at least 1 full bus, maybe more if the offer extends to a 2nd.

Supporters Trust Meeting
I was very pleased with the turn out and conduct of the meeting. Many expressed very valid points which were noted by the Trust board and will be discussed in more detail when we next meet to see if there is anything we can follow up on. Meantime a statement was prepared which was agreed by all in attendance and at the end of the day we are all ICT fans and ultimately want the team to do better. This statement will go to the football club board at our very earliest convenience and we will await their response. The press were in attendance so there will be plenty of views reported on TV, Radio and in the papers. Thanks to all who attended
