Bus Capacity for League Cup Final
I think that the Aberdeen trains will be encouraged to use the other stations. The inclusion of the onward travel will be to assist in segregation. I'm certain they will have plenty trains on to cope with demand. As Lynne says they are pretty used to moving large numbers of people around with big football matches, concerts etc so I would take their advice and use the Queen Street - Belgrove line

League Cup Semi Final CJT statement
Dougal, the chairman and secretary of CJT took annual leave to attend the meeting in Glasgow. They fought our case but unfortunately TV contracts etc talk and we got a raw deal. As it would have been difficult for the SPFL to give us money, they spoke to some of their sponsors and managed to get some hope from the Scottish Sun, which has now come to fruition. Yes this is good marketing for the Sun, but be under no illusion this would not have happened if Davie and Jen didn't take the time to attend the meeting on our behalf.

Yes there was a decent turn out. From what I saw the Q & A went really well, lots of humour and Yogi was very complimentary of the team. Bring on Saturday I say!!

League Cup Semi Final - what stadium?
We are due to play Hibs at home the weekend of the semi final - so a draw against Hibs would be somewhat ironic. http://spfl.co.uk/league-cup/dates/

Can You Spare a Couple of Hours?
Point taken CB. We did receive a donation in return for our time when we did this last year. We stepped in at the last minute and it is a welcome boost to our coffers. I'm not sure that it would equate to minimum wage for the amount of people per hour but it was a donation we were happy with. Sadly we live in a world that is money motivated. I hope that lots of charities and good causes make a lot of money from the runners. I think you will find that the people who will give a couple of hours on this day already give a lot of hours to the football club

Fans in dangerous situation
The path/railing you noticed(heading north about 200 mtrs from r/bout)takes you down onto a path which leads out just at the courier office, from there its a walk along the pavement under the bridge to the stadium. I just wonder if it may be worthwhile for the club to consider running a bus from the bus station for a couple of quid to save people walking there and avoid having the dangerous roundabout? There is a bus service from the bus station 45 mins before kick off for every game :-)

Fans in dangerous situation
Coming from town and along past the College, Halfords, Tiso etc, the footpath is signposted to take a left before reaching the roundabout. It's not an underpass but an alternative route which goes past Bookers and The Courier office and then round the shore
