You were not the only ones to walk out. At least 2 families near us made the same decision and walked before half time saying they would not be coming back and were going to contact the club. As a grown up with no children at the match it was not a problem to me but I hope these ( there was more than one) big men are so proud of thereselves

Slightly off track but rumours that Stephen Hendrie, Hamilton Accies left back, is interesting West Ham and a price of over £2 million being quoted. He is out of contract at the end of the season. I have seen him a few times this season and he is not as good as Shinnie. How is this happening?
-
I see Gregory Tade is a free agent after his contract at CFR Cluj was terminated when they failed to pay his salary.

I said in a post about predictions for the season : 1st. ICT 2nd to 12th. Don't care. Stick by this as what happens at other clubs means SFA to me.

Did anybody else hear the rumour at today's game that James Vincent is about to go back down south. If it's true how much should the club expect to get?

Just saw the goals on SSN. Both great goals by Billy. No protest from Dave the Rave about sending off. Killie fans did not sound happy bunnies. Well done.

What this has shown everybody is that ICT are not just going to drift away. After a terrible December whispers started about us slipping but 3 wins (2 away) have let others know the team are not going away from the race at the top. Next week is a game to look forward to now.

PAY WHAT YOU WANT - ST JOHNSTONE 20TH JANUARY
Big G replied to CELTIC1CALEY3's topic in Caley Thistle
The one really good thing that I find coming from this is the good work by the commercial and media departments with the coverage this is receiving. I am being contacted from all over the UK and beyond from people that are hearing about this and saying what a great club ICT must be to think of fans at this time of year. Whatever happens crowd wise the idea has been a brilliant one. -
Aberdeen and Divedee Utd would be playing 7 days a week if Pawlett and MacKay-Steven were playing.

Could try to dissect the game and performance but what's the point. The players will be feeling this and the reaction in the next 3 games will define our season. God it was cold.

I think these prices will put a lot of people off. I'd have thought £10 and £5 might just have attracted a few but 3 weeks before Christmas this seems expensive.

Well done to Yogi for slamming Shinnie's agent. Agents seem to hold clubs to ransom over players and show disrespect to clubs and fans alike with no thoughts about anyone but themselves and often embarrass the players they represent. Once again good on you Yogi.

With regards to sponsors for the League Cup and the SPFL I have it on good authority potential sponsors have approached Doncaster & Co with offers but have been turned down as it does not match their perceived value of the sponsorship and do not want to de-value the sponsorship.. So for two or more years there is no money coming in.

I see BT Sports are showing our game against Aberdeen live at 3pm on Sunday 28th December.

Looks like "the rumour" about C*unty fans boycotting the match rather than give ICT money was true. What a pathetic small minded group of people (and I cleaned that up) they are. I understand boycotts of the Old Firm because of vile fans and obstructed view reasons but boycotting local rivals so not to give them money is truly pathetic. Not even Dundee fans are this shallow. Hope they get relegated and boycott games at Elgin in the next couple of years.

You've missed out Stranraer, Forfar and Hearts.

Slightly touched on by someone earlier but I didn't understand the Doran substitution. No criticism of Williams but Aaron was causing all sorts of problems for Carey who had been booked (and should have been sent off for the pull on Doran and the deliberate handball).

It's not just the C*unty games that are too many it's the whole set up of the Scottish game and as I said on an earlier post the clubs and the SPFL have to make changes and increase division sizes. We played Divedee Utd 6 times last season and C*unty 6 times the season before. Wake up and smell the coffee. The fans are bored and no matter how well we or any other team are doing people have voted with their feet.

The boos were not aimed at the players but in the tactics. There were boos before half time when we got a free kick on the halfway line and the ball ended up with Brill. Their goal started from our free kick that went back to our defence and we messed it up. Don't mistake frustration with players with frustration with tactics.

He was at the game today in full ICT track suit and coat. Walked in front of the away dugout at half time. Looks lean but not tall, but I still had my face covered after an embarrassing first half.

I'm with DD on this one. Questions need to be asked as why we are not well enough prepared against teams in the first half of games? As said by someone else this is not the first time this has happend this season. All the C*unty fans I know told me they would play like they did in the first half. If they knew why didn't we?

C*unty fans I work with plus on Thursday it was reported they had only sold 400 tickets. I know a lot will turn up on the day and pay at the gate but they are thinking less than a thousand coming over the bridge.
-
For some reason just can't get myself up for this game. I work with one or two C*unty fans and they are the same. I can't believe I'm hearing C*unty fans not going to the game because they don't want to give ICT money. That is not just sad but stupid.

1. Kilmarnock is a fraction of the distance to Glasgow Inverness is and Perth is a lot closer too. Obviously they would take more. St Johnstone's final was a Scottish Cup final. How do we know the fans won't turn up for us at that considering we've never been there? The same goes for Europe. 2. We're talking about home matches, not cup finals. Does this massive support turn up for league matches even when they're doing well? Not really. Seen as St J or Kilmarnock have not been top of the league in my memory how do we know they won't? P.s St J v Luzern in Perth earlier this year was a crowd of 8486. Looks like crowds go when they do well.
