  1. And their share of all the TV deals for SPFL games. Without sounding like I am backing K.O changes, without a League sponsor the TV money is the highest income the league has. The clubs have gate money but this alone is not enough to keep clubs afloat. The club would get that share even if they had no TV games during the season but chances are you would get bigger home attendances . So if we are on Tv it would be best if we were playing away So what you are saying is " Give us our share of the money but don't inconvenience us. Make all other teams change and not us." With the job I do changing K.O times makes it really difficult to get to some games, but without the TV money we probably could not survive as a club in the way that we do. Twenty years ago if you were asked if you would like to see a Highland Derby live on National TV, after you stopped laughing, you would have loved the idea. Instead of criticising TV companies for wanting to show us live, let's just think about what has been achieved in the last twenty years for this to happen.

  3. I think brining Emile Heskey in will be the biggest coup ever. When is he signing?
  4. That's cheered me up no end. I shall be chuckling to my self all day about Heskey at TCS.
  5. Lee Cox playing for Plymouth Argyle against Luton on Sky at the moment.
  6. Game moved to Sunday 5/10/14 at 12:45 k.o for Sky to show.
  7. You sound like a fungi.
  8. Good thread btw Sneckboy. It's one where people are putting over reasoned discussion without the arguments and name calling.
  9. In the system we play now it would have to be Rooney for me. His overall movement was slightly better than Billy and Rooney would make chances for himself where as Billy is a finisher of moves.
  10. At no point at all did OTJ say his move was a step up. The media drivel of " A new challenge" were quoted. OTJ has a young family and was offered almost double his wages. On top of that he had had a serious knee injury and the training ground at the Fort with its poor surface was doing him no favours. He never had a bad word to say about ICT, just the opposite, and sat with the fans at the semi-final. I for one wish him all the best for the future. A good player on the pitch and a gentleman off it.
  11. Wrong topic mate, this is only about U20 games not transfers!!!! Thought it was a very reasonable question asking if there were any trialist playing for ICT in this game?
  12. Will Glavin (agent) on twitter stating Ryan Christie going nowhere in this window. Not that I thought he would, but good to here it.
  13. Aberdeen have just confirmed a loan of O'Shaunesy to Falkirk and that there will be no more dealings in or out.
  14. Evening Express saying Aberdeen will not be signing anyone! Take your pick on who you believe.
  15. The problem that all Premiership clubs have if they get relegated, at least one of Hibs, Hearts and another team I forget the name of, will still be in the Championship. Plus the other teams down there have financial benefit of these 3 visiting this year. Going down this season could mean a long time trying to get back up.
  16. Maybe something to do with the pitch being watered at half time, although I think it would have added to the entertainment avoiding the sprinklers.
  17. A lot of talk about getting Billy and Shinnie on new contracts and after this start you've got to include Marley, Tansey, Josh and Dave the Rave in trying to get them signed up too.
  18. All got the letter 'S' in their name. Wow that was easy.
  19. I'm available and would be delighted to go.
  20. The advert covering the away dugout is quite annoying . A lot of fun used to be had watching the antics of staff and subs reactions to decisions and comments shouted by ICT fans.
  21. I hope the humble pie I am eating at the moment is big enough to last me to the end of the season. Yesterday's performance was as good as I've seen for a long time. Solid, effective and at times very pleasing on the eye. The fact that 4 different M.O.M's have been given in different quaters of the media shows it was impressive all round. Mmm I'm hungry for more!!

That's just stupid. How could anybody with any sense post something like this.
  23. I think the game has been covers by most so just a couple of points. First of all how quickly can the referee's go on strike please? Plus what was going on in the Supporters bar before the game. There were so many drunk Dundee fans in there I think they may have to rethink the away supporter rule.

I don't think anyone wants Hughes to fail. I have met Yogi on numerous occasions , before and since he became the manager, and I like him a lot finding him knowledgeable, funny and interesting. I'm just not convinced by the tactics he wants to play but hope above hope that he's right and I'm totally wrong and I think a lot of people feel the same.

God I'm starting to sound like a happy clapper but we have a management " team " and it's refreshing to hear another voice and take on things.
