  2. I can testify to that. Some people seem to think the folk that work on the club sit on their backsides all day doing nothing. I think it was last season or the season before I had a couple of calls asking if I was renewing and explaining all the benefits of renewing early, discounts etc. The club may not be perfect off the field but they seem to have a very false picture painted of them on here at times.

  4. Tansey was lucky not to be sent off for his brutal lunge on the corner flag at the end.
  5. The difference between 5th and 6th is 86k. The teams in the top 6 earn less money this season because of financial restructuring. Bottom six teams and sides in the Championship earn much more.

I'm sure I've got a photo of that!

    Stolen from Pie and Bovril:
  9. Freezing prices for the 4th (?) season in a row is fantastic. Any rise in prices runs the risk of reducing the number of tickets sold. Hopefully they get the same numbers as this season if not more given the League Cup run and people do as much as they can to encourage others to sign up rather than continue to look for negatives in everything like some people on this forum.
  10. Nah poor defending. Started from a poor clearance by Tremarco, Draper ends up dallying on it in the box thinking Brill will come for it, he gets robbed and then catches Sutton and goes over, quite spectacularly it must be said, but it's definitely a spot kick. Sadly an error of our own making.
  11. Just saw the penalty we conceded. Wow.
  12. Saints take the lead v Celtic.

I think it's between HIbs and Killie. The latter have the advantage of at least having some kind of goalscorer in their team. As funny as it is laughing at Hibs I think that they will jammily avoid the playoffs.

Barry Wilson got the second from a penalty. Paul Ritchie grabbed the third goal.
  16. The club have continued to freeze their season ticket prices for the 4th year in a row! http://ictfc.com/news/club-news/1279-201415-season-tickets
  17. I was up in Dornoch visiting my Granny yesterday and had a wee read of her copy of the Northern Times. In it was this story about a young ICT fan who had lost the ICT top he had gotten as a present. He wrote to the club explaining what had happened so ICT got him fixed up with a mascot package. He got to train with and meet the players, have a tour of the stadium, get his programme signed, run out onto the pitch as the mascot with Graeme Shinnie and, of course, got his top replaced. Top work from the club!
  18. Just watched the highlights. Forgot how many good stops Brill made in the game. With regards to the United equaliser El Alagui does stick his hand out and it does catch Brill in the face so I guess there can be some complaints about allowing the goal to stand.
  19. I thought we started well but after going ahead I felt we were not as positive and out play with the ball became more about retaining possession rather than getting forward and trying to do something with it. We became quite negative on the whole. Can't really complain about United getting a goal as we barely conjured up an attack worthy of mention in the second half. That said United players seemed to take every opportunity they got to throw themselves to the ground. A number of times a United player would knock the ball past an ICT player then deliberately run into him and get a free kick. Referee had a stinker on the whole. Good to see Christie score and again he looked a really good attacking option for us but there is something far wrong with us if we are suddenly pinning all our hopes on a 17 / 18 year old when this side was, for a time earlier this season, almost unstoppable carving defences apart at will.
  20. Not a chance.
  21. Mahonio - no one is asking you to give up but if you post a something 'controversial' or 'extreme' then people will likely challenge it.
  22. 65% win rate? Here is the win % for this season in the EPL fot the top five sides. Not many managers would get Mahonio's seal of approval. I think you are being very ambitious with that one. Martinez 55% Wenger 61% Pellegrini 68% Mourinho 66% Rodgers 69%
