Get that County game on the Saturday! I was going to be organising an ICT v County pre match "match" and have a few beers afterwards with the County lads but that's pretty much out the window now it's on a Tuesday.
  2. Phone the stadium!
  3. Not in the slightest bit surprised to see more scumbaggery from the Rangers fans in Manchester last night. I hope the RST issue a statement on the screens failing. More comedy gold awaits us!
  4. Why didn't you let me know?
  5. I was going to complain about the lack of a "table" service in the North Stand at half time :007: I can't be bothered queueing for a sausage roll.
  6. Disappointing that there is an increase in prices for my group (is there really only ?50 difference between the Main Stand and the North Hay Barn? :017: ) but the offer to get kids under 8 in for free is superb and must be praised. Get them hooked before the Old Filth get their claws into them. Maybe early applicants can get a free ICT strip or something to further cement their (future) ties to the club?
  7. Bigots v Racists - hmmm, tough choice.
  8. Good job lad :003:
  9. Out of the names highlighted it is questionable if they can be classed as strengthening!
  10. How selfish of him not to call me and let me know! :008:
  11. True and hopefully it is the case. Bad choice of words there then. Basically I would like to have been part of Barrys Big Game (how tripe does that sound?) but sadly it will now be unlikely. I reckon he will be crying himself to sleep at that news!
  12. Really? Had a quick look on the ICT Official site - nothing. No mention of a KO time in any of the "releases" on here. Admittedly I have just double checked and noted it is on a Monday but I doubt there is any way I can get through from Aberdeen for this one which is a shame as I would liked to have seen Barrys send off. 13. I am going to assume KO is 3pm given no source (to my limited knowledge) has ever mentioned a time?

With Brewster footballing ability comes after to strength and fitness.
  15. Still mounting speculation that Wyness is off to St. Mirren. Given that there has been no talk of a new deal from ICT and they way Wyness left last time then it looks like this Saturday will be his last appearance at Inverness.
  16. I can't think of any names myself but I feel we need at least: 1 x DL 1 x DC 1 x MC 2 x SC A good creative midfielder is important for us. We miss Rankin badly these days. Apparently he is getting used in a more defensive role at Hibs than he was with us. At least he could take a corner (some of the time) unlike some of our guys just now. I think the young lads coming through will do a job but we can't expect them to come in right away and just easily adjust to the SPL. Certainly would like to see a couple getting "blooded" for the final few minutes of a game if there is nothing to play for. :017:
  17. Disgraceful officiating by McCurry. Levein was right to call him a bottler. There is absolutely no doubt that Weir should have been sent off and United awarded a spot kick on Saturday. The own goal you can perhaps forgive as the linesman called it but still, McCurry had a good view and could have over ruled his assistant. The thuggish assault by Cousin and Broadfoots elbow to Hunts throat were more acts of scumbaggery that went unpunished by the incompetent official. Best bit is now that Levein will surely be hammered by the beaks for his outburst yet I guarantee you nothing will be done about Murray, Smith and McCoist and their comments made in the last week regarding Rangers fixture issues. Even more galling was the tackle that Ian Murray was given a straight red for yesterday at Celtic Park by MacDonald (another balloon of a ref) which was similar to the tackle by Weir yet Murray's was over towards the edge of the pitch away from goal. Both these decisions highlight the shocking inconsistency in our refereeing yet it showcases perfectly the consistency of the Old Firm getting the big decisions going their way in Scottish football.
  18. I was watching the game in the Bobbin with my Hibees pal and we were talking about how he is forever linked to us and Aberdeen. A lot of it was idle paper talk but if ever there was a player I wished we could have signed out of the ones linked to us then it would have been Shields. Criminally under used by Collins who never knew where to play him, he seems to be getting a good run under Mixu.

You seem to have no problem doing the same with Wyness. Oh - Stephen Kenny? :015:
  20. ICT fans seem obsessed with him. He is always mentioned as being a "good signing".
  21. His son will be delighted at this news. His Dad was pissing away his future inheritance on Gretna. Good point about lack of contingency plan. Gretna players were paid weekly by cheques signed off by Brooks. With him falling unwell players livelihoods were jeopardised as no back up plan was in place for payment. The lack of criticism for the whole Gretna farce is staggering. Chick "Lets use every media clich? going" Young is one of a number of pundits who are still caught up in the Living The Dream rubbish which was falling apart as they limped across the finishing line last season.
  22. Inverness Courier Despite the headline there is only 2 lines on it in the actual article which talks more about how many goals he wanted to score, who is in Romania's Euro 2008 group and erm, well, that's it!
  23. I thnk it's disgraceful the lack of stick Mileson is getting since he abandoned the club. Fairytale my backside.
  24. Gretna Ebbing Towards Liquidation End Of Season Deadline Doesn't look good for them. Here is a list of their creditors: http://www.news-and-star.co.uk/1.94291

Good stuff. I think the whole of the Merkland Stand is the Family Section at Aberdeen. Not sure about that though.
