  1. The players on the pitch often are worse than what you hear from the fans.
  2. From the Official Saint Mirren site - http://www.saintmirren.net/ : The Club have decided to slash ticket prices again - this time for the season closer against Inverness Caledonian Thistle on Saturday, May 19th. The tickets will go on sale tomorrow morning (Wednesday, May 9th) at 10:00am from the St Mirren Ticket Office (inside the West Stand, next to the Sports Complex). The ticket offers (see below for details) are open to both sets of fans but to take advantage of the offers St Mirren fans must buy their tickets no later than 6:00pm on Friday, May 18th and the Inverness Caledonian Thistle fans must purchase theirs from the Tulloch Caledonian Stadium. On the matchday normal gate prices will apply. The ticket prices are as follows; Main Stand Adult - £10 'Bring a Friend'* - £5 Under 16 - £2 North Stand & Enclosure Adult - £10 'Bring a Friend'* - £5 Under 16 - £2 Reid Kerr College Family (East) Stand Adult - £10 'Bring a Friend'* - £5 Under 16 - £2 Laidlaw Scott (West) Stand (Away Support) Adult - £10 Under 16 - £2 * - 'Bring a Friend' is an offer only for St Mirren Season Ticket holders where they can surrender Season Ticket voucher 30 at the Ticket Office and purchase an adult ticket for a friend or family member for only £5 (only one ticket per voucher). ---------------------- Going to sticky this :003: (Edited: to put All Ticket in the title, just to draw attention) Hope you don't mind RIG
  3. Especially when his own manager says that he will give him a chance... ...then doesn't.
  4. That's exactly what folk were complaining about :002:
  5. Keith is pretty exactly half way between Aberdeen and Inverness - not too long on the train or by car so hopefully a few folk will make it through for that one to. Any news on a game with Peterhead again (Buchan Cup)?
  6. Have ICT ever effectively relegated a team? EDIT: Livi last season wasn't it? Was that our first time?
  7. While ICT are charging full price for this weekends game I noticed that Motherwell and St. Mirren fans will pay a mere £5 for adults and £1 for kids for their big game this weekend :clapping03:
  8. Pars 2 up on Motherwell.
  9. I think we'll see more than normal. It is a huge game for them (they are currently 2 up on Well by the way) and they will need the support.
  10. I'll be there. Easy ground to get to and plenty of parking space nearby as well. For anyone getting the train it's about 5 - 10 minutes walk from the station.
  11. Good stuff. Train back is at 15:45 - need to get that one to get Apex as you can't get Apex tickets on trains around rush hour times.
  12. That's the only time I can get really on the trains. The only other Apex fare I could get would involve me leaving Aberdeen 15 minutes later, changing at Dundee and getting into Glasgow about 20 minutes after the train I am already getting. Hardly worth it. Anything else is too expensive sadly.
  13. Why? :confused02:
  14. One person on here complained and even then not for long.
  15. [glow=red,2,300]i totally agree wiv u lol11!11!1//??//[/glow]
  16. Haven't Gretna cancelled their youth programme because they could no longer afford it with the wages being paid out to their first teamers?
  17. The County v Liverpool friendly is part of the Gary MacKay Stevens transfer deal.
  18. A good one for me given the location :003: Not seen any official confirmation of this on the ICT site but the Inverurie programme said we have a friendly against the Locos on the 22nd of July - a Sunday. Incidentally after drawing 1 - 1 with Cove today Inverurie lost out on the Highland League title to Keith I believe. Inverurie looked good in the 2nd half after a cagey opening but Cove were pacey and good with the ball. Both teams had good chances in the first half but it remained 0 - 0. In the 2nd half Locos took the lead when the ball was quickly switched from right to left before a clever finish past the Keeper put them on the verge of the title. But Cove hit right back with a goal after Locos failed to clear their lines from a corner. 1400 there today and a good atmosphere. Got a few pictures as well but don't think I'll be rivalling caleyjags.com just yet! :015:
  19. Not sure what happened today but Rankin played centre midfield last week with Duncan. McBain was wide right :017: and Marcus wide left. McBain is normally pretty solid in the middle or as a left midfielder. Seemed odd to have him wide right last week and I wonder if he was the same today?
  20. From what I hear from the Cowden fans he is a really good player. Think we should go for him :003:
  21. I stand by them both. Nice!
  22. Leave Abergay at 7! :010:
  23. Gretna have already freed two players who were key to their push up the leagues. David Nicholls and John O'Neil have been punted.
  24. I THINK YOU WILL FIND THAT IT WASNT OVERSPEND IT WAS THE COLLAPSE OF ITV DIGITAL No it wasn't. Leeds were still in the EPL when the first signs of financial trouble came to light with the sales of players like Woodgate and Ferdinand to pay back crippling loans they had taken out.
