If they do put in a museum they can have a wax figure of John Hughes put in place so wynthank15 can create an official shrine to him and have candlelit vigils every home game.
  2. I seem to recall reading that as well. Great news as he is an absolutely dreadful official.
  3. It was a bit of a minter of a "lap" of the stadium really. Don't blame the players for being bummed out given how things had gone in the game but completely agree that it was a shame so many fans just bailed and left. No wonder they seemed totally unenthused by the whole thing.
  4. I don't understand why the club couldn't even have run a poll on the website for this?
  5. We've got a lot more on our plate to focus on rather than what that mob over the bridge are doing. Lots of rumours circulating about the financial state of ICT.
  6. Heartbroken, tears, heads gone etc. There was only one team winning that yet for some reason we completely took our foot off the gas and started time wasting and we gradually became more and more panicky when we had the ball. Instead of taking the ball down and finding a team mate we started hurriedly clearing balls high in the air showing no composure whatsoever in the final ten minutes or so. Poor defending for the opener. Seedorf was being roasted down the right to start with so it was no surprise that the goal originated from there. Can't really remember it actually with everything else that happened during the game but I don't think Ridgers had much of a chance. Nice equaliser from Chalmers with a free kick. His set pieces were abysmal today but the one that did come off saw us bag a goal. Second half we should have been out of sight. Lovely equaliser from Austin and, as mentioned above, we seemed to lose our way a bit after he went off. Whilst Oakley still caused a few problems for the Pars centre backs Mackay wasn't as good as Austin was at getting the ball down and running at them. Our best chance to kill the game came when Doran worked the ball from the left to Mackay but he curled a shot just wide of the post. As renegade mentions I think we made the wrong subs today. Whilst Austin might have had to come off due to injury I think Mackay was the wrong choice (easy to say with hindsight of course) and Doran was playing really well when he went off which also saw us regress a fair bit. Calder just didn't really carry the ball away from danger when he took his place on the left flank. I'm not his biggest fan but with his pace Mulraney would have been a real asset with all the space Dunfermline were leaving behind their back line. Again, hindsight is a wonderful thing. In the end with Dunfermline throwing the proverbial kitchen sink at us we finally buckled. Couldn't see what happened but it looked like we failed to deal with a high ball pumped into the box and it was scrambled home from close range. Absolutely gutting but in a bizarre way I'm almost relieved as I couldn't take another two games like today in the next week. Hopefully we can keep a good chunk of this squad and have a good go next season but with rumours abound that the vultures are circling over some key players who are out of contract in the next few weeks I'm not too sure that we will keep said important players.
  7. If we do make the playoffs the players will be blowing out their backsides
  8. Bit harsh to ask us and Dumbarton to play two games in one day.
  9. Rearranged for tomorrow night.
  10. Liam Polworth is 23 years old and has already played something like 3 or 4 times the number of games that Munro had played at the same age and at a higher level as well.
  11. Five goals! I should not make it to games more often...
  12. Probably worth remembering that this Caulker story was completely made up much like Morelos to "unnamed Chinese club".
  13. Pretty pleased I can still do a quick line at the stadium. Sitting down of course. Disclaimer:
  14. If only we had a manager who didn't whore out players like Christie on the cheap for some inexplicable reason. Oh wait...
  15. As Renegade says only a small number were actually banned. Most of them were back at the TCS within a couple of weeks. Crowds have fallen by something like 40% this season which is seriously concerning. Away supports are obviously a lot smaller but the home support seems to have disappeared like snow off a dyke.
  16. Oakley is (much) better when trying to feed off crosses than trying to hold the ball up or chase balls over the top. Mulraney put in a wicked cross just after coming on and Polworth sent in a nice ball which Oakley (I think) headed in but he was offside. Something to look at?
  17. Not his biggest fan but Mulraney changed the game when he came on along with Doran. Suddenly we actually had some width in the side and a bit of pace as well and we tried to get some crosses into the box for Oakley to attack rather than lumping long balls over the Falkirk defence. Looked like an error from Hazard who seemed to let the ball squirm under him when he dived to save it. Still, we'll take it. Smashing save from Ridgers at the end to deny some Falkirk player an equaliser.
  18. Pretty straightforward win for us yesterday. Well taken goals by Austin and Oakley (another Polworth assist - GIUY haters) really killed the game off by the half time. A couple of Dobbie efforts in the second half were about as close as QotS came to getting a goal. We still had good chances from Doran and Mackay to extend our lead. Small but vocal away support. It was a slog getting there from Edinburgh so fair play to those coming down from Inverness.
  19. Hadn't seen that. The only time I pay attention to the page is when they plagiarise my flaming content.
  20. I suspect it's a young and enthusiastic fan but also one that is quite naive.
  21. I've frequently had my hot takes on Twitter lifted by this account and they've copied them directly onto their Facebook page without even changing a thing. Complete plagiarism similar to the likes of Lab Bible and other hideous "content aggregators". What did they post today anyway?
