  1. what exactly is stopping him coming on. is it just the shoulder or has he actually decided thats it as far as playing goes? dont think to many would grumble if he got a start regardless of match fitness and age.i dont see anyone else with his quality and experience joining us in january
  2. if anyones to blame its sutherland
  3. Tokeley is another player well past his sell by date, please do take your blinkers of! tokely was indeed the best player on the park today
  4. aye cant complain too much about the tactics.were just not very good and thats the harsh reality until the transfer window at least. dont think the goal was lucky though.we invited the boy to shoot and he hit it straight in the corner
  5. just in and while that wasn't our worst performance it was still pretty poor from where i stood. too many players looking like their just not interested and if any game highlighted our desperate need for an experienced striker to play alongside one of our younger guys this was it.we just cant make the ball stick up front and lack the guile to create anything. problem is theres about 8 or 9 other teams looking for the same thing and i cant see where were going to find one. the ref was an absolute clunt and turned down a stone wall penalty on rooney and another decent shout in second half and basically gave us nothing for 90 mins.
  6. change the home form
  7. rooney barrowman imrie black duncan wilson hastings munro proctor tokely esson
  8. i couldnt even read/listen to the whole story of these children. its absolutely sickening. these people dont deserve to live in such a tolerant society and should be strung up and left in the street to get the total sh!t kicked out of them by everyone
  9. heroes quite enjoying the scotlands clans thing on bbc 2 as well
  10. aye and gets an extra million if he wins the tournament without losing a match. its a hard life
  11. first half was a total joke. dont play 1 up at home ever again please, no matter who were playing. thought the players looked thorougly nervous through large parts of the game. hastings had a mare and we didnt win a header until barrowman came on. the subs did the trick for us though and the second half was more encouraging.that said, our best player was the falkirk goalie who gave the worst performance ive seen from any goalie ever.
  12. hearts 1 up. good for us if hearts win
  13. merchant
  14. You have completely misunderstood the point. If you have a poor manager or just plain don't like your manager, then it is highly likely that you are not going to perform well for them. As far as whoever your manager answers to is concerned, it is the managers job to do whatever it takes (within reason obviously) to get you performing well. Therefore the blame lays directly with the manager. however its can also be the case that some perform better for a manager they dont like.many a likeable manager are too nice and dont get the best out of people. it boils down to respect more than anything
  15. He says, just before putting Proctor in his line-up as a forward player :018: :thumb04: just testing you, must be still some jack daniels in the system after last night or maybe its a premonition of brewsters line up for next sat!
  16. proctor to start?he's not even match fit last place we need to **** about at the mo is defence. esson tokely duff munro hastings wilson black duncan imrie proctor wood

    Proctor

a truly shocking decision for him to start yesterday ahead of duff when he hasn't played all season
  18. as much as cc loves he club he doesn't want the managers job back
  19. i'm not defending him to the bitter end jay and if you stood next to me at many games you'd hear me give him pelters from time to time with many others.just facing facts that i'd be amazed if the board ousted him at this stage, its not going to happen and he's definately being let down by a combination of luck and the players but things can change pretty quick in football
  20. youre kidding yourselves if you think bennett and co will sack brewster in the near future.we'd need to lose at least our next five and be isolated at the foot to even be on their agenda. in all honesty other than today we've been unlucky in a number of games so far and a change of luck, a couple of results strung together and the picture is different given how tight the league is. i think criticism of brewsters tactics this season have often been over the top but todays inclusion of proctor ahead of duff was scandelous as is our home record in 2008.clearly we have problems but also were not far off turning some of these defeats into victories. the players need to have a good look at themselves. too many are inconsistant in their performances, fraser, cowie, tokely and hastings to name but a few
  21. they're already talking about the record spl defeat. 8.1 celtic dunfermline. at least they got one, doubt we will
  22. club record defeat on the cards here
  23. ffs shambles. 3 . 3 anyone
  24. the club aim for 11th first with anything else a bonus which is pretty frustrating as they should be aiming higher otherwise whats the point.with that in mind an acceptable season whether would be bringing through as many young players as possible, selling some our best players to the highest bidder, dont get relegated and maybe a cup run if were lucky
  25. fraser tokely munro duff hastings wilson black duncan vigurs rooney wood cowie doesnt deserve to start on recent showing while wilson wont last 90.vigurs in for macbain.4.4.1.1 probable line up fraser tokely munro duff hastings cowie black duncan macbain imrie wood
