We're impressed with your hospitality Chambers Bar... Do you cater for the OF support when they're in town? does it really matter????

You obviously haven't read too many of IHE's posts.... oh i'm slowly but surely making my way through them and as i said been impressed with his knowledge of things both on and off the park... wonder if he's the same in reality - or does he really exist???

know something? when i first started reading your posts i thought to myself - here's a man who knows what he's talking about. now i wonder if you're delusional....
  6. Our biggest problem the fact that we can't get rid of the source of all of these problems until he's had enough. Unfortunately there are fans that simply won't hear a bad word said about him as well... But it is rotten to the core now. If ya own the orchard ya can get rid of the rotten fruit - unless ya dont want fruit fer the season only manure fer the next - or perhaps ya are looking fer a better crop in a few seasons. Or perhaps ya are all feckin inept ?? i like you!!!
  7. my understanding was that there used to be 2 sometimes 3 buses going to away games. with no reference to things on the park i'm curious to know why folk don't use them now... and could anything be done to get more folk to use them in the future? looking for ideas...
  8. as i've said before lizi there's always someone about that will do that to anyone - you're not unique!! keep posting - everyone's got the right to their own opinions...
  9. this is not a comment getting at anyone but..... what could we do to make more supporters travel on the supporters club buses each week? :thumb04:
  10. it's a fantastic gesture by the club and should make sure a great crowd's there. need to get behind the team at this time. i'm in both the supporters trust and the supporters club and i must say it's a bit of a shame to see a post like this at a time when we should all be sticking together.
  11. yes please!

as long as it's not got any yellow.....
  13. yes you can http://www.ictsupporterstrust.co.uk/
  14. if you're a shareholder of the football club you're very welcome to attend. if you wish to become a member of the supporters trust, there will be application forms available on the night.
  15. certainly not officially for the home end. my understanding is that they get tickets for the away end and it's the same with cellic. however, that won't stop some folk buying tics for the home end when they go on public sale. very difficult to police that one if they're from inverness...
  16. fantastic post IHE!! and i've just realised i've met a few more of these in my lifetime than i thought!!
  17. I'll be there Maimie.... No worries... and whatever you're serving on the night, I'm sure it'll be more than enough to satisfy me... :thumb04: looking forward to it!
  18. I dont see this being advertised as a "forum" where the club have been invited to sit at the top table. It is a Trust Members' meeting with shareholders being invited to attend in the audience. A totally different beast. johnboy - you must have been away far far too long... the meeting you speak about was not called by the supporters trust it was called by the football club organised by them and was to get 'all' fans views on what should happen - not just the trust board or trust members. the fc board as a whole have never met with the trust board as a whole. and you're right about things being a done deal at the time imvho i might add... but think about it... when brew left the first time round at the next fc agm who was most vitriolic in his condemnation of him - emabarrasingly so in fact? and who's the man keeping him in a job now? oh yea but he's a good guy - he bought some fans a drink once at an away game.... more to this than meets the eye as IHE has pointed out on numerous occasions. as scotty says this is a totally different situation and if you deign to appear we'll have tea...
  19. You would be very welcome. we'd even find you a cup of tea...
  20. i think what you've said here's really important CD and i welcome your comments. hopefully others will see the benefits of being a bit organised, having a united front and most importantly of all - a voice.
  21. brilliant CD!! :thumb04:
  22. nice to meet you on saturday stylo - shame it wasn't a better day for you all.... and good shout with coyle!
  23. alex - i htink you'll find that the evidence gathering team were there at the request of the club as was the increased police presence. the only time i have seen evidence gathering teams at our stadium is at the away end. someone somewhere asked them to film our end today. i strongly suspect that this would have been our 'match commander' or his boss... as scotty said, there have always been cctv cameras about the ground - this was different and i suspect came from mr smith being unable to identify supporters in the north stand at the game against cellic in october. what the fans did on saturday was not against the law imvho but would be getting up the club's nose and they don't want anything to happen that may rock the boat.
  24. i had the pleasure of being in jock's company on a few occasions especially laterly when he wasn't so well. it didn't really matter how bad he was feeling but after the usual nice to see yous came the talk of the game. and as someone said he always looked a formidable character but wasn't like that at all underneath. he always hoped he'd make another especially this one coming up but it wasn't to be... thinking of all his family and friends at this time rip jock
