  8. against the law is true scotty. as someone who was involved in the supporters club from the very start i can say that we did a lot of research on the subject. the law actually states that it is against the law to drink on a bus (and i think certain trains - not the really early ones...) if that bus is going to or from a (any)sporting event. i'm sure some of our legal eagles will point out the errors in that statement at some point! if you do get caught the bus company, the driver and the person who hired the bus are all fined... remember the police stopping and checking buses and bottles of juice on the way to the scotland italy game not so long ago! funnily enough, once you cross the border south it's fine to have a wee dram and conversely all drink must be off the bus by the border on the way back!

  14. to be honest i have absolutely no objection to Roddy Ross's contribution to the club being recognised in some way. i'll bet my bottom dollar that he's put more money in to this club in one way or another than others mentioned...

  17. train from central station to mount florida. it's about 10 mins and you're just minutes to the ground from there. it's only a couple of quid if that. on the way back you'd prob be better walking back to town. could do it in 30 mins or so (note the or so!) there's buses too but can't remember the numbers. you could drive there and park off aitkenhead road somewhere. there's lots of wee streets about there. or you could park in the scheme behind asda.
