Gazza played against us in a Testimonial match, can't remember who's but I think the final score was 4-3 to Rangers.

Nick Ross looks like a great prospect. I don't think we've had a young player play in pre-season and contribute goals from midfield.

What day + time is this game on at?

Bringing a winning mentality and winning momentum to the squad probably plays a big part in it. Win all our pre season games, then when Dundee Utd comes and we take something from that game possibly that will be an even bigger boost just before the big kick off. Also every member of the squad is getting a run out and getting their match fitness higher every minute on the pitch, but if we were playing big teams, chasing the ball about for 90minutes and getting thrashed would just be tiring and not very good for the mental side. I think are pre-season friendlies are good fixtures.

I agree with you Renegade apart from needing a striker. I'm happy with Barrowman, Foran, Rooney, Odi and Sutherland.

Jose Mourinho always wants a squad sized 22-24 made up of; 3 Goalkeepers 8 Defenders 8 Midfielders 4/5 Strikers I think he's a pretty good guide to go by.

Renegade is calling for it.......surely thats enough to convince Terry that he isn't a capable captain. I think that Grant is good off the pitch. In the training ground, dressing room on match days and speaking to the press. In the dressing room I can see him being able to motivate the boys more than Tokely who I don't think some of the players respect because he's such a hothead and so unpredictable. Anyway it's been confirmed that Grant will continue as Captain and quite right too. Imagine would potential unrest that could cause in the squad. Changing the captain but still starting him every week, wouldn't be good.
