Well he rightly got subbed today. Every player upped their game after last week apart from Polly. There was no desire to win balls passing was poor and his work rate low today. Compared to White who I didn't rate but today was outstanding.

Oakley has 4 goals in 640 mins played in championship giving him a goal every 1.82 games. White has played a full 11.6 games with a 5 goal return Oakley 7.1 full games with 4 goal return. White playing a full 4.5 games more than Oakley scoring one more goal. You tell me who is the better striker in this league this season. Previous accolades at different clubs in different seasons with different players make no difference to the here and now.

The players also know we don't have a depth of squad for them to be dropped. Even if they play consistently rubbish they will still start.

I suppose the way things are if it brings three points why not. All we would lose is a point but potentially gain 2.

Every job i have had it says in my contract immediate grounds for dismissal will be to bring my employers name into disrepute and that if I was ever charged or arrested I needed to make my employer aware failure to do so would be grounds for immediate dismissal. If the club do not have these clauses in there contracts there is something wrong especially with the high profile in the local community of our players.
