  4. Is your speed not limited by the bandwidth of the website/pc you are connecting to? I have had problems with connection speed to certain sites caused by their bandwidth/subscriber ratio.

Having read David Dowlings comments, it seems they are doing a lot behind the scenes to rectify the situation and that it is in fact the Council who have been incompetent in their handling of the situation. The Common Good Fund has been ripped off by the Highland 2007 Committee in respect of the funds that should have been returned but were diverted into a bigger and better firework display. What if this had gone instead to develop the Grant St Park which they do own? David Dowlings comments
