  1. na your talking 5hite :016: I agree with you about trying Rankin out wide, he seems to have a cracking cross and good technique, I'd go: Wilson Black McBain Rankin in future but Hart in for Black over the next few weeks
  2. We need a good support for Midden... I'm not having the ******* out singing us!!! Harry a little slap on the wrist - you can't refer to people in general terms like that. I have noticed the time of your post so that might have a bearing on it. :001: We do need to be careful with these comments though.
  3. Killie's view is absolutely spot on... quite surprised tbh!! :010:
  4. Poor... but we tried to make some sort of atmosphere although there wasn't alot of us
  5. not bad... not bad at all!! I'm sure that record is better than most of the SPL managers keep it up CC but lets try and get some wins under the belt :003: :clapping04: :003: :clapping04:
  6. Have to agree about McCurry, he was awful today and had both managers & fans screaming at him. Good point but it really should have been a win with the amount of chances we made in the second half, their defence was terrible and we really missed out on 2 points by not capitalising. There wont be a worse miss from a player all season... Dargo obviously feeling sorry for his former team. I don't think CC knows what he is doing with his midfield at the moment, and his subs just confuse the **** out of me. If we are gonna start winning matches this is the key area that needs to be sorted. Rankin & Black isn't working, they are both too similar and end up making the same runs, leaving no one in the centre and we end up playing long ball. The team looked a lot more settled when McBain came into the centre and Hart did his case no harm, he looked extremely sharp for someone that has been sitting on the bench for half the season and even managed to cross with his left foot :010: Broonie Excellent as always with another stunning save... Walter Smith take note!! Rossco Had a decent game, solid enough but waisted the ball occasionaly Dods Solid at the back but had a hard game against Nish Munro Not his best performance by a long shot, he had a stronger second half but I'm sure he wont be too happy with the way he played Hastings Potential Motm for me, was solid all game and made some crucial challenges and got forward whenever possible Wilson Strong second half performance and looked dangerous whenever he got the ball McBain CC if your reading... McBain is not a winger!!! He looked lost whenever he was out wide but what a difference when he came into the centre in the second half he should play in the middle from now on!! Rankin Cracking today... worked hard and showed some quality when he had the ball at his feet, needs to get forward whenever possible but if he is going to do that he needs a player covering behind him Black Needs a couple of games on the sideline IMO, he is too eager to get booked and never really produced anything when he had the ball at his feet. He kept moving out of position and leaving the midfield empty. He came close with a shot in the first half and there is no doubting his quality but he hasn't been giving a good account of himself of late. Bayne Was brilliant again today and if Dargo had made more of an effort to get on the end of 1 or 2 of his head flicks the game would have been an easy 3 points. I dont think he deserves to be dropped any time soon, I can see goals coming from Bayne but CC needs to show faith in him when Wyness comes back to full fitness Dargo If he had showed a bit more conviction he could have scored a hattrick of goals today, I don't think he is working as hard as he can.... must do better!! Hart Excellent sub apprearance, gave the team a real lift and showed that we are capable of passsing the ball about and playing some decent football. Deserves a shot in the first team Rory Made a chance for himself and was unlucky not to score after being given only 5 minutes.... I'd like to see how he'd get on given 20 mins to do something!!
  7. Official Site Kevin has been going to ICT games with me and the rest of the lads for many a season.... I will be disgusted if he ends up being banned from TCS I really hope ICT shows some common sense
  8. I don't think anyone was actually getting at "who was worse us or them", more the fact that the only real way to gauge the behaviour of fans during a football match is from the opposite supporters. On comparison though how can over celebrating a goal make the news compaired to the sectarian abuse coming from OF Couldn't agree more Really could not care about your opinion of me but I guess you probably would be surprised to see a supporter passionate about his club. I obviously regret being chucked out but not because I got over excited when the team scored...... the whole idea is showing your team that it means something when we score a goal, they are not just playing for their money and so they don't receive criticism from so-called supporters :006: but for the fans that care about the club who are you to pass judgement
  9. It was not the police that put forward the complaint but Rocksteady.... so the way to solve this is to get a security company that doesn't feel they have to be so heavy handed and use some common sense when dealing with a minority crowd... and as RIG & Alex have said deal with the real problem and scurge on scottich football, which is the sectarian OF Really annoyed at this but more for the fact that I was ejected from the stadium but nothing more than that, obviously I was out before Kev was ejected so I can't say exactly what he did but if decisions like this are going to be made then at least use some consistency
  10. ken denholm :015: :015: Kev is a rag there is no doubting that... but just because he get's excited when his team scores shouldn't constitute a footballing ban
  11. :008: :008: :008: All he was doing was protesting that I was thrown out.... complete joke!!

The previous thread saying the exact same thing Did you read one point that I posted on the other thread, I never once said that Christie was exempt from criticism but what I did say was that he deserves a chance to prove himself. The whole and entire reason that the board hired him as manager was because our last 3 managers have fecked off to other clubs and we needed someone that would stay loyal to the club. If I think that Christie deserves criticism I will give it out trust me but I am not going to start doubting him now waiting for the oppertunity to say "I told you so" if things don't work out for the club. From now on I'm just going to copy and paste my answers to these stupid posts because I just end up repeating myself :008: :008: :008: :008:
  14. I've already gone through all this with you on a seperate thread and answered comprehensively against every point you have just decided to make again.... so do you actually want me to write up another response to this or are you just fond of repeating yourself?? Harry. This was posted for reasonable and intelligent people to discuss rationally. So, in answer to your question, no - I don't want any response from you. I am aware that you believe that no criticism of Charlie Christie is valid under any circumstances - and I have no problem with that. We are all entitled to our opinion - myself included. 15. Broonie Tokely Dods Munro Hastings Wilson Black McBain Morgan Dargo Bayne I would have dropped Dargo if we were against anyone else but think he might be capable of scoring against his former team. Our defense is going to have it's work cut out against Scotlands most promising young player at the moment, Naismith... and then there is Wales, Invinceble, Nish, Johnston etc. Killie have a very strong team and we have a lot to do at the moment to prove ourselves.... game on!!

I have been critical of Bayne in the past and suggested at the start of the season that he may not have what it takes for the top division but everything I've seen from him since he started seeing this sports psychologist (I don't know if that's had anything to do with it) I've been impressed with. I honestly thought he was the best player on the pitch in the first half but got a bit tired in the second after all the work he put in and who can blame him, he would have been aswell playing by himself upfront because Dargo was useless.... I can't think of one pass, shot... anything that Dargo did in the game apart from lose the ball and stand in an offside position for Tokley's pass. Rossco's Rossco.... solid, gives his all for the team and offers some support upfront whenever possible. He'd be a first pick for me every game
  18. to be fair, is it not ICT & Falkirk that come to the agreement about the ticket prices 15 pound for an adult is steep for a CIS game 5 for concession is quite good though
  19. Think Duncan & Morgan should definately get an oppertunity & maybe Rory upfont with Bayne just to show Dargo he needs to compete for his place in the team.... also Zander getting a chance at some point during the game I'd go: Broonie Tokely Dods Munro Hastings Wilson Duncan Black Morgan McCallister Bayne
  20. I think because of the recent comments from CC suggesting he is finding it hard to attract players north of the central belt we need players like Tokely who is ICT through and through, it encourages other players to give their all ... and lets face it who else on the park would have punched Brewster :003:
  21. not bad, think I might be tempted by the killie pies :005:
  22. na not really, I think he was given a hard time but he definately wasn't the worst player on the pitch I'm just considering our different possibilities when Dodsy leaves
  23. We end up sitting too deep when Caff plays because neither him nor Munro are ball winners, Caff may be the better footballer but Dods does the untidy stuff. Id rather have someone at the back making the important challenges than tryig to play football and with Tokely's passion for the club and heading ability IMO he could be a good centre half...
