Black For Scotland
Really good interview until... Q) "Will it give you a better chance in the future once you move to Tynecastle?" A) "I wouldn't say that. Inverness are in a bit of a dogfight but it doesn't matter about being at a big club." "It's all about how you're doing in the league........... and stuff like that!" :thumb04: Good lad! I've questioned his commitment on a few occasions while he's been at ICT and I think he had geniuine 'issues' with Brewster but he has been terrific for Butcher (and us) over the last few games. Even though he hasn't left yet you can tell how much we are going to miss him in the centre of the park..... gutted btw I don't think there is a chance in 'ell of us keeping him on after this season

Jamie Smith At Aberdeen.

Home Support V The Accies
wish I could make it after the banter in Paisley but can't afford to get up the road for either of the home games.. I'll just have to make up for it at Motherwell and Killie We could really do with winning against Hamilton though so hopefully the home crowd can do us justice and understand the importance of this game

Aye, toilet paper. AGREED!

Ross Tokely
Probably the best performance I have seen in an ICT shirt all season... he's an absolute leg end

Ex-ict Players Score
:018: :thumb04: Fair play to the lad... it might not have worked out for him at ICT but I will always remember his shin roller at ibrox to get a last minute equaliser well done that man

Chopping And Changing
Rooney was a headless chicken when he came on.... plenty of endeavour but no real thought behind any of his moves. Barrowman deserves a bit more credit, he held the ball up well and always looked busy but he is definitely a striker lacking in confidence You slated Brew for putting wingers on the opposite wing from there preferred foot :thumb04: Fair play to Tel though, he had it absolutely spot on yesterday

Middenometer
agree... I think you're not far off with the other ratings IHE but I thought Barrowman put in a good shift upfront. I actually thought he was more effective then Foran, which is why I was suprised Tel was giving him special mention. I thought there were far better performances out there that deserved recognition.

Matchday Thread: St Mirren -v- Ict
Aye, he was a wee dik. The police had to tell him to settle down!!! Still, he let us have a photo with him at the end...... this guy? Can't work out which guy is the bigger prik in that photo? Defo some height issues going on there.... ha ha I like how I've managed to hide your true identity behind the guys hood!! I'd love to know how someone about 13 years old can become head steward?? It's as though he was on work experience for the day.... muppet! As for the game.... It wasn't pretty but we definitely deserved the 3 points and I think a lot of credit has to go to the 12th man. Our support has taken a fair amount of stick since we got into the SPL but yesterday we proved our worth. The Loyal/sesh/Caley Army were terrific and didn't stop from the start of the game to the final whistle and you could see the extra motivation it provided for the players on the park.... I am absolutely delighted for Munro and Tokely to get on the scoresheet and also for them both to put in a solid performance. Munro has obviously received a bit of stick from some of our fans but hopefully they can see after yesterdays performance that he has plenty to offer this club, he got in the way of anything that came in his path and his passing from the back was also a lot better than usual. If I had written a script before the game I don't think I could have made it more dramatic... Tokely scoring a late winner at Midden??? After the game you could see how delighted the guy was and for the amount of unneccesary abuse he has received from their support, his revenge was long overdue but I don't think he could have chose a better time to take it The combination of Kerr & Black in the centre of the park will see us too safety... they worked brilliantly together and you can see why Duncan's not getting a look at the moment. I am gutted we are losing Black at the end of the season.... he has been our star player since signing a pre-contract with Hearts when he could quite easily be taking it easy until he leaves. Our wingers and full backs didn't stop all game... Imrie was a constant menace when drifting in from the right wing, McBain marked Dorman out of the game, Proctor made some important challenges and Zadi was his usual unreliable-but-occasionally-brilliant self. I don't really know why Foran received extra praise at the end of the match, he worked hard but I didn't think he was one of our best players.... not bad just not great. He certainly was no better than Barrowman who I thought led the line well although never offered enough of a goal threat. Great result... if we had lost yesterday I think we could have said goodbye to the SPL

The Post-split Roll Call!
Sorry mate think I'm getting a lift through to Paisley otherwise I'd be up for a few jars before the game

The Post-split Roll Call!
yes im sure the majority of the"loyal army" who stood many a night in the cold and wet on a wednesday night in the terrace does. I'm not trying to suggest that I'm any more of a fan than any of the "loyal army" but it irks me that we are using the same chant used by St Mirren & Rangers fans (and one that they have used long before us). From my days in the lower divisions and when I had the time to make every game we used to always chant Caley Army but recently (the last 2/3 seasons) a younger portion of our support have started using "loyal army" and they may not have been around or remember the days when we used to chant "Caley Army" which seems a much more relevant chant. As I said, I'll sing almost anything that generates some sort of noise from our support.... also these guys will probably attend a lot more games than I can in a season so they have the right to chant whatever they want. It just wouldn't be my choice because I would prefer to try and keep our own identity because we have taken/stolen/amended enough chants from other clubs. What about "Caley Army.... Jaggie Army...... Caley Army...... " etc. etc. repeated until we all run out of breath??? no just me then

Paul Sheerin
You could argue there was one critical bad moment for Sheerin. BCC Final against Alloa - scores a hat trick (including 2 penalties) and misses in the shoot out. Sods law! However we both know the real reason we lost that day Gaz! :thumb04: Yeh Tokely can't take a penalty!!! Possibly the best game of football ever to be played, shame we didn't win it though. I would kick Martin Cameron's erse if I ever met him
-
The Post-split Roll Call!
Well St Midden used it long before us and I think Rangers use it as well... safer and more accurate to use Caley Army!! To be fair I'll sing along with anything to generate some sort of noise from our support but that particular chant annoys the feck out of me

Signings From 19s
I went to Ibrox for the youth cup semi and although I could only handle 30 mins sitting beside Rangers fans, I was very impressed with Woodhouse (?) or whoever the right back was - he didn't seem vaised fazed with the occasion and offered a lot more than our right winger when attacking The goalie (before he got injured) looked solid as well

Keys To Getting Points V St Mirren
Don't concede a goal and I'll be happy
-
The Post-split Roll Call!
It's been stolen from Midden, which makes me feel sick tbh It has and always will be (in my eyes) "CALEY ARMY!!!" if these fans were so Loyal they would remember that... I'll be at St Mirren this weekend and then at as many games as I can after that
-
Paul Sheerin
For all the games he played for ICT I can't remember him having a bad game
-
Paul Sheerin
Great player... probably my favourite ever to wear the ICT shirt!! Not sure what goal you're on about

Where/who We Play After Split
love the optimism scotty I think we will get 1 away win (probably Midden) then 2 home wins and that should hopefully see us safe .... also I never fear going to Killie, we always give a good accound of ourselves
