  1. I've just watched the match highlights (lowlights?) on the BBC website. Imrie's goal was a good one. It's a real pity that at arguably the biggest moment of his career, the Challenge Cup final, he messed it up for himself, for the club and us, the fans. I'll never forgive him for wasting that opportunity. For me, he's irrelevant. Thought it was a bit off of him to run towards the North Stand to celebrate too.
  2. Tade from Raith and McLaren from QOS?
  3. HT:0-1 FT:1-3 1st scorer ICT:Hayes 1st scorer Opp: Riordan Crowd:10832
  4. Technically he's good and has good composure on the ball. He's still pretty slight but I'm sure with age he'll fill out a bit. Thought he was decent yesterday. It's great he's been getting a run in the first team.
  5. I thought we COULD get points off sellic, lose to slumdee utd and win against the accies so it's kinda even Stephens...
  6. Hope you had a couple of quid on that .... it would be the only thing that would be bearable !!! no. wish I listened to my own advice, instead I convinced myself (and lots of my work colleagues) that this was too good a betting oppertunity to miss and am now ?100 lighter and have to face a lot of unhappy people on Monday. Big 5-0 down. Albeit ?50 I won after putting a Tenner on us to beat Utd @ 5-1. Swings and roundabouta and all that. Hibs away next. Nae good like!
  7. Wedge central indeed. How much did you stick on it? I've got ?45 on us to win and ?5 for us to win -3 at 20/1.
  8. McCann will be a loss of he's out.

This one is on the telly. I can't go and my ST is going free for it. Can't see it being a big crowd tbh
  10. He's irrelevant.

I merely lifted the info from P&B. It may not be 100% kosher. Looks correct on the surface though. I couldn't find anything about the next round on the official 'sites.

    Next Round

Lifted from P&B domestic cups thread: Seeded: Rangers, Celtic, Dundee United, Hibernian, Motherwell, Hearts, St Johnstone, Aberdeen Unseeded: Kilmarnock, Inverness CT, Falkirk, Dunfermline, Queen of the South, Ross County, Raith Rovers, Brechin City Ties will be played on the 21st/22nd September. Rumours on P&B the draw takes place on Tuesday. Hibs at Easter Road would be my preference.
  14. That'll set us up nicely for Saturday now.
  15. HT: 2-0 FT: 5-0 1st scorer ICT: Odiambo 1st scorer Opp: N/A Crowd: 3122
  16. Tel appears to be enjoying life in the highlands. He appears settled and most importantly, enjoying his role at the club. Regardless of what we say, he's shaped a team of winners. And we are due a break against the accies.
  17. Can't make the game tonight. What coverage is there of it in the meeja? Are MFR doing commentary from TCS tonight? I can't find their schedule online.
  18. William Hill were the best odds last night. 20/21. If you've not got an account with them use code F25 to get a free ?25 matched bet. Caley to win -3 is decent at 20/1...
  19. Sounded more like a wimper to me :D
  20. I spoke with a utd fan at work today and told him what had happened on Sunday. He goes up to Tannadice a lot and said the stewards in the home end (unsurprisingly) act nowhere near this manner in which we were treated. He suggested all 27 of our fans boycott the next game... Cheeky fecker. A boycott sounds like an idea though. Tannadump would have been silent on Sunday if it wasn't for the ICT fans.
  21. I appreciate seeing former players in the crowd tbh. Darren Dods was at one of our games against Raith in Kirkcaldy last season and I remember seeing Ian Black when we were playing Partick away. I've never seen any of the former players who are on Peterhead's books at TCS in the ICT end supporting the team. Maybe others have though?
  22. While it's admirable to be realistic, it's evident TB has created an upbeat, positive mood within the camp. It was crystal clear that the result on Sunday was a massive boost for confidence and morale. The players are playing for each other now - something which was badly lacking under Brew. I think a solid performance tonight with a few goals (for us) will set us up nicely for the weekend. Hamilton will either get a jolt from last nights result and come out fighting, or they'll collapse on Saturday. I'm not too confident about this - but I'm hopeful. First goal on Saturday will lead to that team winning. 'Mon the Caley eh.

    BBC Celtic

I doubt it. Given how little coverage we get in a lot of the national media, for the reasons Alex rightly mentions, I doubt the BBC would care enough to have some kind of vendetta against us! I'm happy being the underdog in a lot of situations. Just means we can get on with the job they way we want to without any added pressure. This was said very much tongue in cheek. I obviously forgot to insert appropriate smilie to make it clear that was the intention.
