I forgot the Tuffey factor. I'm making this prediction on basis that many of the teams which finished in the bottom half last season would struggle a little in the first division. Which SPL teams are better than us? Celtic are in turmoil (at least until they can get shot of Lennon), Rangers are still fairly strong, Motherwell will be buoyed by their European exploits. Hibs are poor - no doubt Yogi will be gone before too long. Killie are bankrupt, Aberdeen = lol, St Midden - pretty fecked after big cutbacks, Hearts, still will pose us problems - as will United. Hamilton have lost their wonderkids - Imrie is now their star man! St Johnstone obviously won't have the bounce effect this season. On paper there are 5 teams which are stronger than ICT but I can see a good season ahead - especially if we can win on the 14th and get a draw (or win) away to United.

We've got a good team, good management and importantly momentum behind us.

There are too many people there who expect to be entertained in the north stand. Football - especially Scottish football - should be about fun and having a laugh and good day out.

European qualification this season, IMHO. I am pretty confident we'll win on Saturday. I've got a feeling.

A key player for ICT IMO. Real class.

Yarp...i do....coz....at the same stage in their ICT careers, i think Johnny is a better player with infinitley better attitude to the game. He could go a long way yet! Agree completely. Robson had a bit of a temper on him when he was with us.

A fair point which I would be inclinded to agree with BUT Tuffey was surely signed to be our number 1? Of course he wasn't signed to be number 1 ffs . I'm surprised at that. I would have thought he would be looking for regular first team football - not moving north just to warm the bench. He's a rising star and you've got to agree it was quite a coup securing the services of this international player?

Craig Gordon has to be number one choice - pity he can't make it. As much as I dislike MacGregor he is a good keeper.
