Why we'll beat Hibs
Good points Yngwie. Keep 'em coming.

Why? Because Tuffey wants a game? What has Esson done to deserve being dropped? He signed a new contract at the same time as Tuffey. Don't see why JT needs more games than our established number one. It's unlikely Esson will play every game, either through illness, injury or loss of form. Tuffey gets his chance then. That's the way football works. I agree with you. I agree 100%. But there needs to be competition. There needs to be a challenge for every place in the team for every game. IMVHO i didnt think it was a great move dropping Ryan Esson for the Peterhead match. What did he do to deserve to be dropped from the starting line up? I'm not in the position to know what goes on day in, day out in training, but if this is the signal which Jonny Tuffey is giving off then he must believe he is worthy of a start. It's healthy for the team and it must be pleasing for the gaffer to have players of considerable quality competing with one another for a place in the team.

Why we'll beat Hibs
A). Yogi doesn't really have a clue B). We have a good defence (Dundee United game). C). Hibs WILL leak goals D). We have a decent amount of youth and experience in our side now. E). We have a great management team at the helm. F). County can beat them. Any other reasons you can think of? Roll on Saturday. I've got a good feeling about this one.

I honestly thought TB signed him to be our number one choice. I was ridiculed for such a suggestion. I was thinking yesterday that Michael Fraser could come back to ICT to be a back up to Esson. BUT ( and it is a big but), having JT as the second choice should keep Esson on his toes. I've heard rumours that Esson doesn't rate Tuffey so perhaps things are in a bit of flux? Could Michael Fraser prove to be more of a challenge to Esson in terms of keeping the number one jersey? I have to say that if Michael Fraser did move for financial reasons, then I understand his motives for the move to 'well. From my understanding, Michael Fraser is an ICT fan? How about we re-sign Fraeer and have Tuffey go out on loan? I'm afraid that's not for me. Play Tuffey on Saturday. Let's see his mettle. Hibs are one of the best attacking sides in the SPL - with or without Stokes. If Jonny Tuffey is up to it, give him the jersey. We won't know until he's been tested. As ICT fans, we need to see each player fighting for a place. We need to see competition. We need to see our side progress.

3rd Round CIS Cup Draw
Humph. It may be online on "sellic TV hail hail" (as they say). I'll wait and see how much tickets are closer to the time before deciding.

I noticed his son is still on the books at Liverpool. And he's eligible to play for Inverness.

We Will Lose Against Hamilton
Have to agree with you. I think wee Dougie was spurred on by the chants aimed at him. Ach well, onwards and upwards and all that. Roll on Hibs!

3rd Round CIS Cup Draw
Don't forget the barstewards sometimes keep us in. What with the restricted view seats and all that (OK there's usually room to move anyway if you like going near the front), I'm tempted to give this one a miss. I have a sneaky suspicion this one may be on the telly. Thanks for the heads-up on being kept in after the game. I take it this for our own safety?

3rd Round CIS Cup Draw
Ooh good point Govan Jaggie. I've only been to parkhead once and that was on free tickets. I grudge giving them my hard earned cash. Wonder how much tickets will be for this one, if they're cheap I'll go. I'm also in a bit of a conundrum in terms of travel. This match could go to extra time and penalties? That would make it a bit toight making it back to the 'burger on the jake train. Questions, questions, questions. Anyone know when the gate prices might be announced?

Fraser Feels the Pain
Pele will have to rebuild the Huntly squad... I was fairly gutted he left ICT. Good luck to him finding a new club.
-
Our Old Boss
I noticed that Huntly play Clach mid March and it's a saturday where ICT are not in action. Might go along to see a Pele team in action.

Going to Easter Road
If that's what you deem success, you really need to have a word with yourself.

Going to Easter Road
Fail.

Our Old Boss
Pele is a great guy. I was happy to read this story this morning. Hopefully one day he will be involved again with ICT in some capacity.

Singing Section
The more I read these posts, the more I genuinely believe the club needs to introduce a 'quiet section', say section A of the north stand. In sincereity, how do you put up with the chants, singing etc of the away fans Dougal?
-
Ross Tokely
How about big Terry too for the bouncebackability? I've been following that thread on there IHE. It's given me a few chuckles
-
Singing Section
If people are swearing at Easter Road a week on Saturday, will you be reporting them to Lothian and Borders?
-
Singing Section
True. So so true.
-
Easter Road roll call
I'll second that.
-
Singing Section
Have a singing contest.
-
Singing Section
Give them all a complimentary vuvuzela each. It would stop them swearing.
