    Hertz game

ESPN as far as I'm aware.
  2. It's a pity that it's the fans who are losing on here. Less revenue for their club and less money for players etc. Tannadice and Easter Road are no-nos for me now. Ill still meet up with folks pre and post match but will just go for something to eat when the game's on.

Murray Mound looks like a good option Chris. I e-mailed the All England Lawn Tennis Club but they're not prepared to employ 1000 stewards and cancel all Met Police leave to deal with a handful of fans. In seriousness though, Stoke v West Ham is on at the sane time. That's why I'm trying to find a place definitely showing it.
  4. If we vote with our pockets and don't go they'll have to take notice.
  5. As the title really. Have to go to London next weekend so won't make the game. Any decent pubs in South London showing it? Planned watching it in Walkabout in Wimbledon but it appears they've closed down.
  6. The stadium is looking great but the lack of atmosphere was terrible. I doubt I'll be back at Easter Road for games in the future after that carry on. Same goes for Tannadice.
  7. That HIV capital chant is a bit cringeworthy. And it's about 20 years too old to have relevance.
  8. Just spoke to a Hibs fan who tells me Daryl Duffy has broken a bone in his foot and will be out for the match tomorrow. Anyone else heard this? I'm looking online for official confirmation but can't find anything.
  9. Wouldn't be too surprised if it's home fans only.
  10. Mark Brown.
  11. Let's no get in to the semantics of this eh. We're going there to give them a right royal spanking of the highest order. Rooney v Brown... (Edited for dodgy spelling and over-optimism)
  12. 22, 10, 7 and 49 if you're heading down to the foot o the walk.
  13. It's not really worth getting a bus. You can walk it in 15 minutes and the traffic will be heavy with the game being on.
  14. If any of you are getting the train on Saturday this offer looks pretty good: http://www.scotrail.co.uk/content/get-away-2-?25-return
  15. Good points Yngwie. Keep 'em coming.

Why? Because Tuffey wants a game? What has Esson done to deserve being dropped? He signed a new contract at the same time as Tuffey. Don't see why JT needs more games than our established number one. It's unlikely Esson will play every game, either through illness, injury or loss of form. Tuffey gets his chance then. That's the way football works. I agree with you. I agree 100%. But there needs to be competition. There needs to be a challenge for every place in the team for every game. IMVHO i didnt think it was a great move dropping Ryan Esson for the Peterhead match. What did he do to deserve to be dropped from the starting line up? I'm not in the position to know what goes on day in, day out in training, but if this is the signal which Jonny Tuffey is giving off then he must believe he is worthy of a start. It's healthy for the team and it must be pleasing for the gaffer to have players of considerable quality competing with one another for a place in the team.
  17. A). Yogi doesn't really have a clue B). We have a good defence (Dundee United game). C). Hibs WILL leak goals D). We have a decent amount of youth and experience in our side now. E). We have a great management team at the helm. F). County can beat them. Any other reasons you can think of? Roll on Saturday. I've got a good feeling about this one.

I honestly thought TB signed him to be our number one choice. I was ridiculed for such a suggestion. I was thinking yesterday that Michael Fraser could come back to ICT to be a back up to Esson. BUT ( and it is a big but), having JT as the second choice should keep Esson on his toes. I've heard rumours that Esson doesn't rate Tuffey so perhaps things are in a bit of flux? Could Michael Fraser prove to be more of a challenge to Esson in terms of keeping the number one jersey? I have to say that if Michael Fraser did move for financial reasons, then I understand his motives for the move to 'well. From my understanding, Michael Fraser is an ICT fan? How about we re-sign Fraeer and have Tuffey go out on loan? I'm afraid that's not for me. Play Tuffey on Saturday. Let's see his mettle. Hibs are one of the best attacking sides in the SPL - with or without Stokes. If Jonny Tuffey is up to it, give him the jersey. We won't know until he's been tested. As ICT fans, we need to see each player fighting for a place. We need to see competition. We need to see our side progress.

  20. Humph. It may be online on "sellic TV hail hail" (as they say). I'll wait and see how much tickets are closer to the time before deciding.
  21. Rangers v Hertz
  22. Missed out on a cheeky 10/1 for that one. Thought France would win though.
  23. I noticed his son is still on the books at Liverpool. And he's eligible to play for Inverness.
  24. Have to agree with you. I think wee Dougie was spurred on by the chants aimed at him. Ach well, onwards and upwards and all that. Roll on Hibs!
  25. I was on the old 'site as longman loon or a user name to that effect.I think I let the account slip. Seems like an age ago since then though.
