Thought he was great in the first 20 or 30 minutes but after that he faded away and by the hour he was absolutely knackered and should have been taken off for his good.

Best for me has to be Imrie's free kick at Tynecastle last season. Plenty of other contenders - Rankin vs Huns etc. although the Jamie Smith one stands out for me as well.

I'll be there. Heading down to Edinburgh on Friday then up to Dunfermline on the Saturday morning for a few pre match pints.

I like it, bought mine today, but good to see the club are very organised as the shorts and socks will not be in until the end of the month.

Brilliant news, think he could be the key player in our quest back to the SPL, hope to see him playing more as a striker next season.
  7. As it's the same day as the ALBA Cup game against Montrose I will be attending that instead but hope to here of a few youngsters playing well in the tournament this year.
  8. What you talking about? That's one of the manliest tops I've ever seen. Nearly as manly as the Motherwell goalie top this season (that has to be seen to be believed). Not half as good as the new Newcastle away kit though, it's great. What is possibly wrong with this?
  9. Pele Robbo Brewster (1st spell) Christie Butcher Baltacha Brewster (2nd spell)
  10. I have a funny feeling Sheerin, Robson, Dods, Tokely and Wyness are under 35 :011: Calder Mann Teasdale Wilson Christie Stewart
  11. Barry Robson Ian Black Don Cowie If I could have three players who would be as good now as they were when playing for us then I would have: Bobby Mann Paul Sheerin Barry Wilson
  12. Don't understand your point. Why shouldn't people support another team? He's not have a go at support another team I think it was in reference to 101 supporting Bayern i.e. a big team like people who support Barca/Real Madrid.
  13. Oh well, I shall see him there :party01:
  14. Ayr - Doubt it. Dundee - Probably easy to get to in terms of getting the train plus it one of the very stadium I know the directions to. Dunfermline - If I can find a cheap way to get down I will be down at the first game. Livingston - Hopefully get down to both of these, mate stays in Edinburgh so might make it easier to go to these games. Morton - Probably not. Partick - Hope to get to at least one of these. Queen of the South - Very unlikely. Raith Rovers - Possibly go to one of these but I doubt it. Ross County - Definitely.
  15. Could be that boy we had a couple of seasons ago on trial Jonville or whatever his name was.

That's will be because we are in the 1st Division all lower league games run as normal in international week.

Can't wait till August 29th, birthday on the 28th so could be an excellent weekend. Also good to see a Ne'er Highland derby at last the SFL have better fixture organisation than the SPL
  18. am up for that, its probally our longest song That and the Can't Take My Eyes Off Of You one Barely anyone knows the words to it though. You've got to get the good old Falling In Love With You as well, excellent chant when you get loads of people doing it.
  19. Just checked on RRFC official site and can confirm he was released at the start of the month.

Wouldn't miss this game for anything (within reason). What time will the Innes be open as there may be a few people needing something for the pre match nerves.
  21. BA replied to Hiro's topic in Caley Thistle
The game are being played at 12.30 to accommodate the TV coverage and so they all kick off at the same time.
  22. Fraser Proctor Tokely Munro Lionel Morais Kerr Black Imrie Foran Barrowman Play Morais and Imrie on the wings and let them run at the full backs, I would play Barrowman up front as I believe he could be the person to score the goal which keeps us in the SPL.
  23. BA replied to Renegade's topic in Caley Thistle
Same again for me. Tokely and Munro looked solid at the back, Black and Kerr are in form and should remain the central midfield pairing two. Only possible change I would make is take Imrie off the right and put him on the left because without a right foot he is pointless on that wing.
  24. Haven't play this in years back in the day of the old CTO, need to get practicing.
  25. Quite like a lot of the suggestions on this thread, Jim Paterson would be a quality signing for us, so would Stephen Dobbie but I think Swansea are after him and he will get more money down south. No chance with Darren Mackie, I'd rather have Barrowman, only time Mackie ever plays well is when his contract is just about up and he is trying to win a new one.
