  1. How many turned up and who were they ? Or does this lie in the realms of the Secrets / Confiedntiality Acts ?
  2. Doh - surely even non-Seers could have Feckin sensed that ?
  3. Do-do-do-do Dennis Wyness.
  4. It could be an aquifer ?
  5. It fair spoilt my day. I remained abstinent, sat for 90+ minutes, kept my lips pursed, consumed a whole bag of chewy Bon bond and behaved impeccably.
  6. I was looking forward to seeing you despite knowing that I would be bought a drink. I would have sat looking at Facebook on my phone and you would have been reading volumes of law books ?
  7. Ridgers ??? Must have appreciated the rest. No chance with the goal which was a screamer Seedorf ??? some nice touches, especially one showboat that Clarence would have been proud of. But a right back or wing back he is not. And I suspect that his attacking capability is stifled. Warren ???Solid but he is no playmaker McKay ??? Again solid but again not a playmaker and clear why we missed Donaldson. Fortunately Gary and Brad usually had Polly or Vigurs in space. Calder ??? Not a defender either and dived in completely in the run up to the Sons opener. Unlike Seedorf he has attacking flair and was always ready to take on the defender and hit the line in an old winger style that I still appreciated Polworth ??? Gawd does that poor lad get some stick or what ? He ran and ran and ran, some of his touches were sublime. He has got bad press for two second half errors. From my perspective if he had completed the final touch on both occasions it would have been a goal of the season contender and he would have walked off with the MOM. Chalmers ??? The man with the sweet left foot also appears to be the boo boys target. He basically sat and covered for Vigurs and Polly.I would have said that he was quietly effective. Vigurs ???? Provided a master class for an hour, pinging balls accurately all over the pitch. I thought he could have been carded for one horrendous follow through tackle in the first half and he clearly tired at the end Doran ??? Has lost a bit of pace but he is another with a high skill ability. Cracker of a goal. Oakley ??? I thought he had a lazy, lacklustre first half but a real old centre forward second half display. Appears to Be the boo boys favourite as he made more errors than Polly. But he would have been in my top three Austin ???? Well we have been asking for a goal scorer and he certainly fitted the role. Good turn of pace of the mark and good finisher to boot. I was surprised the he was hooked but I was told that it was a mistake and it was supposed to be Seedorf. Amateurish if correct. As DD alluded to Elbouzedhi looked sharp and I would like to see more. Disappointed that Robbo sent on Bell and not young McKay. Some of the refereeing decisions were bizarre. Good crowd and the Young Team were a credit. My first home game of the season and I can't understand what everybody has been complaining about ?
  8. Are you Bootiful Blair or Bowlicks Blair ? From me that is a serious question and not a bullshittt one.
  9. Hang Feckin on - after all the references to regulations and rules that has smothered this issue how has this been accepted ?
  10. First home game of the season ? Vigurs was a class above today - Austin took his goals well - Oakley was the old fashioned centre forward - Feel sorry for Polly as he was the hardest working player on the park - ok he makes mistakes but he is a Vigurs in the making and we have to cherish and encourage him. I can't believe some of the stick that he got today.
  11. No standing, no shouting, no swearing and not being drunk - i am fecked
  12. That is what I have been trying to put across Chris. After Dumbarton it is games against teams more favoured to secure a top 4 finish and two very difficult away games - plus I think that the Arabs have the easier run in. But secure another 6 points and we put the pressure on the other teams and give ourselves a chance that has never looked at all possible until now. If I was a bookie I would be setting the odds against us - but hey ho we could be the Scottish Roma ?
  13. Ok it is more about my spirit level - in more ways than one. It will be nice enuff to sit in the North Stand again.
  14. We cry, are you the man who can't be moved ? Could I talk you down for the first time ? Rain on my Hall of Fame
  15. I will be up in Sneck and will take ma boots with me in case.
  16. Old age, bookeeping and sherry are a potent combination.
  17. Excellent idea and could be dubbed The Blair Witch Project
  18. You see it is that sort of mindless end statement that is annoying so many people. Davie, Caley D and others are sticking to rules and laws and avoiding needless personal digs. You may have missed that a couple of prominent CJT members have experienced significant personal tragedy and trauma recently and if there is an erase to be stuck in a Feckin fire it is anybody's who has to depend on personal insults .
  19. So is the meeting on or off ? Where is it recorded that the Board are attempting to cancel the meeting ? This is becoming a total farce.
  20. Good reply davie. May I ask some very simple questions to CJT - Are you bound to strict confidentiality ? Are the Board of Directors choosing not to comment until the General Meeting ? Can Kristine Fraser make a comment in her role of SLO ? Finally I would suspect that none of this involves the playing staff and they are just getting on with the football ?
  21. Who is our present Supporters Liaison Officer ? It also appears to me that confidentiality is demanded by the Supporters Direct organisation. I am reliably informed that the present CJT echelon are basically debarred from making comments on this forum which is evidently being preyed on by the predators. I would be very interested to hear the views on this debate from the Supporters Direct organisation. I am saddened that individuals on both sides of the divide, except Bannerman of course, who have given large amounts of their time to this organisation are squabbling and practically at war with each other's. I sense that the motivation to challenge and change is as much about internalised anger and resentment, actually understandable in some instances, towards people at the club who are attempting to change the face of ICTFC. Unfortunately I sense a fight to the death, dog with a bone feeling and unfortunately this argument will probably fester for some time. Instead of a best of three scoring system this is akin to a three set badminton match and we are still in the early throes of the first set. It is clear to see who is standing on one side of the court but posters probably have no idea who the opposition are ?
  22. As I alluded to in another thread and as concisely expressed by one of the CJT elect - every game is a must-win. It is not in our hands as we need other results clearly to go our way. DISCIPLINE is the big issue. Need the anoraks to inform as to who is on the suspension "cliff". The next three are "should wins" and that in itself is a concern. If we get all nine points THEN it will be very, very interesting to look at the potential outcomes again. As ma old mucker Rudyard once said to me in a close run previous season - "If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew, To serve your turn long after they are gone, And so hold on when there is nothing in you, Except the will which says to them: 'Hold on!'"
  23. It really is the old adage of looking one game at a time. I suspect that we have left things too late. Tell me after the next three results and look at the table and think again. Discipline is an absolute key.
