  1. You can read more in "Against All Sods" by John Blair ?
  2. I cant believe that Charlie didn't attend. He appeared to be the person in the know and a cert to be elected.
  3. Suppose that you weren't at the Livingston v Partick game either ?
  4. Were you at the CJT Meeting Charles ?
  5. July Extraburger is only 27 and was a cult hero at East Fife. Worth a punt.
  6. Best friendlies would be in England or Wales. Would love to go to somewhere like Fleetwood or Blackpool / Southport / Morecambe - More of a thank you to the Away Day Crew.
  7. BUMP - There are probably a number who do not live locally who would want to assist in any way possible. Is that actually a possibility ?
  8. How did the meeting go from your perspective Mr Bannerman ? I suspect that you had a lot to say and closely monitored the legality of the proceedings ? Sorry - should have first asked - Were you there ? I voted FOR - not to do with anything about the present membership but a feeling that this all had to start from anew. But as CaleyD and LG have alluded to it needs people to act and not chirp negatives from a forum. There are probably a number who do not live locally who would want to assist in any way possible. Is that actually a possibility ?
  9. Well NO surprise that it has gone to re-election. Hopefully there are a number of interested candidates next month to consider. If ever there was a time that we needed a strong, committed representation then it is NOW. There are a number of worthy candidates from the previous board and hopefully they will be strengthened by as many newbies as possible. But lets hope that the blend of old and new gel quickly and any lingering, personal beefs are put aside.
  10. Vigurs was the best footballer at the club by a country mile but he was also very undisciplined and he is getting less fitter and slower season by season. He was dependent on people around him - especially Polworth. If I was a manager facing him I would be pressing in his face and I reckon that he would blow. I suspect that he will also point to the boo boys who gave him some terrible stick. I hope that they do not now look to Polworth. To me he is the clear successor to Vigurs.
  11. His comments are contradictory to say the least. My reading is that he is going to throw money in order to return the speedy return. Not sure that will work though ? McGregor says the Ross County board will invest to ensure their budget is "up there with the healthiest in the Championship", as they bid to return to the Premiership at the first time of asking. He said: "As far as next year goes we're going to try and maintain as much of the budget. We do get a parachute payment. This is a difficult league we're going in. "Again we have to make changes because the cost of going down from the Premier League to the first division is about a million and a half. So naturally we need to adjust the budget, but we also need to invest for the future."
  12. I cant wait for the "Highland Fling".
  13. This phottie is bound to elicit mixed emotions from most posters - in my case happiness and gloating.
  14. Are you ready, are you ready? Are you ready, are you ready? Are you ready to follow ICT for life? It's time again to stand up and fight It's alright it's alright Hand in hand we can face the caravan dwellers in Tinkerland One by one we gonna stand up with pride One that can't be denied Stand up, stand up From the Mallard to the Jail End below We'll all join together with memories of old Now the Young Team of Sneck can see There's a better place for us to be The place in which we have stormed oft before So neglected, torn apart and poor Every Jeggie and Caley man JOIN THE CARAVAN OF LOVE 2018-2019
  15. I can't download so can I just e-mail ? Surely I can just e-mail a response ?
  16. Lets go Croatian.
  17. That may be the new Aquifer Strip engineering equipment.
  18. Never happens to me.
  19. Never happens to me.
  20. Fer fecks sake most business are. Most times it is better to have somebody who you know and trust - professional and not a yes man or woman. Would agree that it should be a permanent position though and we are not spending the tight budget on an acting up position AND a Consultancy - which would be far more expensive and would go into a job fear the boys category. At least it ain't got the inbreeding flavour of Tinkerville. Yet another issue that an inquisitive and pushy CJT would be beneficial.
  21. Oliver and Crook sounds like a good combination. Well you have got to pick a pocket or two boys.
