  1. The response is to win ?
  2. Last season the two performances at Firhill were shocking. I went to Ayr recently expecting something similar but got a performance closer to the Livingston cup game. Just look at Falkirk and a number of other squeaky bum winners. Many would say that a professional job was done against Broomhill. Most teams play the tippy happy style - our problem is that our back four has changed so often and we are not fast enough in the going forward aspect of the game.
  3. Passing back and fore is the core teaching of modern day defensive coaching. Does anyone actually think that Dunc will change that ? I suspect that many would love to play the Pele Paterson way but those days are unfortunately gone. That is why it has to be quicker and more accurate when it goes forward - and that requires sharp thinking midfielders and pacy finishers. Have we got what is needed ?
  4. He used to be a t*** and he still is now but he is Ok till the end of this season, Ok
  5. But why oh why give Samuel the spot kick
  6. As a registered Seer I could not publish the correct name.
  7. Grehan to be sent off is a good bet.
  8. We will have to change the chant - He used to be a t*** and he still is (sort of) now but he's also ours for a while
  9. That's a real good signing. Gives all, strong and pacy
  10. Everton deals are OFF due to the legal situation at Goodison
  11. The only problem with flares in the 70's was getting the blood stains off.
  12. When I was young and had no sense .....
  13. The "Traitors" pick Macaroni
  14. Below the belt Macaroni - as an apology name another 10 teams who have orange strips.
  15. Orang-u-tans are orange but they are less boring.
  16. Perhaps somebody should pose the question to the good Scott.
  17. So why has all contact with or from fan organisations been ended. Is that acceptable ?
  18. Exfeckinactly. Wonder if Paul Chalk, the P&J or the Courier would pose the question and explore the source of fan unrest ?
  19. Exfeckinactly. Perhaps Macaroni could respond ?
  20. MacOne evidently addresses Mr Gardiner in his phottie comment and it is also very apt that there is a link to Groundhog Day which is what ICT supporters have been going through for some time now. Anyway I suggest that he should change his forum name to Macaroni as he is clealry a cheesy wee tube.
  21. So perhaps the club should advise us as to what the current "media strategy" is and the reason for any recent alterations ?
  22. Again from afar on the box I thought that there were a lot of positives. I thought Carragher was solid and has a lot more to show. He evidently did not want to make any errors in his first outing and was probably told to play tippy happy, plus he has got to get used to the system and players around him. Devine was excellent. I have always viewed Shaw as being a number 10 as he doesn't have the pace of a wide man. Playing Billy deep was ridiculous, leaving Longstaff as a lone striker which he clearly isn't. I would also have liked to see Harper as a wing back as he is more effective there. Modern coaching is all about tippy happy and playing out from the back so we may have to accept that. But we need a LOT more movement up front and more pace out wide.
  23. Agree - the trek up yon hill would feck up a lot of us.
  24. Gardiner has never had a go at me so that is a first and suggests that he is a real nobhead
