  1. Harry - the ICT Championee "Jaffa" shot requires Cointreau, Tia Maria, Cola and a wee voddie. I would be willing to have the honour of being yer chief guest "taster" fer the day to ensure the authenticity of the product - I will just need the odd voddie and coke to wipe ma palte in between the shot tasting.
  2. Can understand what you are saying but its going to be a feckin party full stop.
  3. I will miss the cheaper away day - as I said on the other thread going to traditional older style footie grounds even standing on terraces. Due to lower crowds the banter is better and it is always relatively easy to get from A to B. Away fans have always felt more welcoming in the SFL and of course winning on a regular basis helps as well. The one thing that I really do not like about the SPL is the "split", more regular OTT stewarding, the influence of the Old filth and being squeezed into corners of grounds.
  4. I always have 7 lucky double voddies before a game - if we lose I dont really give a feck.
  5. TB said And now, the end is near; And so I face the final curtain. My friend, I'll say it clear, I'll state my case, of which I'm certain. I've lived a season that's full. I've travelled each SFL highway; But more, much more than this, I did it my way. Regrets, I've had a few; But then again, too few to mention. I did what I had to do And saw it through without exemption. I planned each charted course; Each careful step along the byway, But more, much more than this, I did it my way. Yes, there were times, I'm sure you knew When I bit off more than I could chew. But through it all, when there was doubt, I ate it up and spit it out. I faced it all and I stood tall; And did it my way. I've loved, I've laughed and cried. I've had my fill; my share of losing. And now, as tears subside, I find it all so amusing. To think I did all that; And may I say - not in a shy way, "No, oh no not me, I did it my way". For what is a man, what has he got? If not himself, then he has naught. To say the things he truly feels; And not the words of one who kneels. The record shows I took the blows - And did it my way!
  6. Well - at least they can park the feckin helicopter at Raigmore :P B) B)
  7. Que sera sera, whatever will be, will be - I'm going to Somerset Park - Que sera sera
  8. POINT OF FECKIN ORDER HERE: Raith Rovers 0 Dundee 5 Dundee 4 Raith Rovers 0 Ayr 5 ICT 0 ICT 0 Dundee 6 :P
  9. Did anybody else feel that we were in third gear for the majority of the match, upped it for the second half, scored the second and practically went in to cruise control. I really was expecting more from Dumbfarmlife who to be hones were poor in the first and feckin dire in the second. And what about the away support - we get blasted but going by previous games that was abysmal. From behind the goals it looked a cast iron hand ball but not shure of tother plus their centre half missed a feckin sitter. Why do we have to wait for the second half at home to come to ? I also thought that as with Morton and Queenies we really rode our luck - which has really been with us of late. Tokes could have netted the first but he mistimed and Bully could have slotted home the rebound. I actually thought that Tokes meant the through ball to Rooney and it was far from a punt plus if his volley had gone a foot either side of the keeper it would have been goal of the season: ESSON B) B) B) B) Cant say more than he rarely looks like getting beaten PROCTOR B) B) B) Quiet game I thought - defended well but never really any attacking threat. BULLY B) B) B) B) Best player by a mile in the first half and did well enuff in the second. ROSSCOE B) B) B) B) B) Never really wanted him to be a centre back but his committment and motivation are there to be admired. Never put a foot wrong. GOLLY B) B) B) As per Proctor HAYES B) B) B) Actually disappointed me - didnt go fer the bye line as often as he should have. MCBAIN B) B) B) B) B) I will give him MOTM as he played as if he had never been away. I really thought that we would miss Cox but Royster more than filled the gap. DUNCAN B) B) B) B) Looked just as at home with Roy as he does with Cox. FORAN B) B) B) B) Playe the captains part - better overall game than I have seen of late ERIC B) B) B) A bit like Queenies - he has a lot to improve on but he was busy and laid on the second goal ROONEY B) B) B) B) I thought that he had a very poor fiirst half by his standards but he evidently came too !! Having read the Sunday papers it would appear that most never even noticed the return of Jimmy Zadi :P And as fer the support I know why I now save up to go away. The boys in Section b and smatterings around give it a go but there are far too many sweetie rustlers in the North Stand. TERRY BUTCHER B) B) B) B) B) Enuff said
  10. Yip I would agree with that plus form an alcholics perspective there are no pubs within walking distance of falkirk - shurely such an important factor has to swing the final vote.
  11. When was the last time that ICT picked up more points at home rather than away in a season - even this year it is going to be a very close call : HOME = P 17 W 10 D 4 L 3 F 35 A 20 PTS 34 AWAY = P 17 W 9 D 6 L 2 F 29 A 12 PTS 33
  12. Please, please, please tell me that somebody from the club is going to contact Hair Untied and tell them that they need to open up the old Away End Terracing for next Saturday ??
  13. This will be an interesting one as McBain and Bulvitis both played their parts yesterday - Butcher will go for the same starting X1 as Morton and Dumfries - but who replaces Golly. Personally I would go for a straight swop for McBain - especially as it is his testimonial year - He could shuffle the back and play Granty at left back and bulvitis in the middle OR he could even take the pissh and play Jimmy Zadi ??
  14. "Feck you Dundee - You never won the league." We also need to produce a banner to fly from the bridge on Cup Final day - BEST OF LUCK AT HAMPDEN GYPOS - WE ARE SPL AND YER NO
  15. The experience is called "life" and the more emotions that one experiences makes one wiser and "richer". The day of relegation was probly the first real major "downer" that we had in all our history. I fer one was getting fed up with the SPL and the away days were getting a bit monotonous - I have really enjoyed my year in the SFL and I will really miss Palmerston, Tinkerville and Ayr - but it has shown me that the SPL is the place to be.
  16. Reverse psychology is defined as telling a person something that is the opposite of what you want them to do or actually believe. The idea was enforced by two German psychologists--Adorno and Horkheimer. The duo's theory that people respond in an opposite or reverse direction of what they are told has been tested and proved since the ideas debut in the late 1970s Oh - and remember my dream that I told you all about several weeks ago - On the terraces at Ayr !! :024:
  17. For football I think that davieb and alternative maryhill post the more accurate reports - I actually like Renegade too :024:
  18. If we get the terracing the only thing you have to worry about is using the toilets in the brick house !!
  19. The Northern Lights of Old Aberdeen mean home sweet home to me :) :cry01:
  20. Especially in the last week BUT the second half at Dumbfries was encouraging and we actually looked like we were beginning to relax and the players were actually beginning to believe. As long as we have Rooney, Foran and Hayes we will take some stopping now. But we simply have to shoot out of the traps and go fer it.
  21. i think i see a pattern emerging here!!!!! Yes - I aim to be pisshdeder more at Ayr and totally pisshed until next season.
  22. i think i see a pattern emerging here!!!!! Yes - I aim to be pisshdeder more at Ayr and totally pisshed until next season.
  23. Hear - Hear : Come back Kath ya old **** - all is forgiven :tonguecheek:
  24. Nothing worse than a babbling Aberdonian spouting pissh. I rather TB than Mark McGhee - Hope you lot enjoy your trip to Alloa next season.
