Not quite true but I still have got the box of matches. I have a piccy of a pre season Caley team where I played alongside Presslie, Noble, Allan and Johnson.

Perhaps Stevico will say otherwise but I am reliably informed that a deal has been done with the good old confidentiality clause. Personally I will not be sad to see it all wither into history. The muppets are saved once again.

Excellent news - the muppets appear to have learned from their previous debacles / disasters and are clearly taking the lead from Terry and Mo. Are they lucky the dynamic duo came along or what ??

The original contract gave Stoke City the first offer clause. Rooney has improved significantly and the SPL can only improve him. His pace over short distance, first time control, movement but especially upper body strength have all developed and the proper training regime can only bring about further improvement. Unfortunately if he does continue to improve and impress in the SPL then we had all better enjoy watching him next season whilst we can do.

7-0 at Ayr - will take a long, long time to be equalled. 1-0 at Dumbfarmlife on the opening game of the season. 5-1 at Ayr - Oh I luv scumerset. 3-1 at Dumbfries - Oh wonderful Palmerston. 2-3 Cup Final defeat - go back to half time. Was at all of those but the Raif 4-3 home game was the closest Sky Sports came to the feeling of being at the match.

The emotions of Ayr will keep me going for quite a while - I will be a regular sight on the away battlefields of the SPL next season but I will have joined the foot soldiers. B)
