  1. Well I met a couple of Plastic whistle supporters in Govan last nite and after I had laughed a lot at them they informed me that this deal is basically done and dusted. Caff's going home.
  2. Atrocious decisions yesterday - I would have hooked Proctor or Rosscoe at half time and put on Cowie. After the second goal went in the game cried out fer Barry Wilson or Rankin and Niculae should also have entered the fray. What was the feckin point of taking on Cowie and Morgan with two feckin minutes on the clock.
  3. Our next two games could reshape our season - at home to Muvverwell and St Midden whilst Gretna entertain Hibs and Hearts. If we put 6 points on the board and pull 12 points clear we can start restructuring in the January sales and also start getting a structure to our playing system and stop all the feckin chopping and changing.
  4. You lost yer feckin "thread" feckin moons ago. I am trying to emphasise that the club needs a management restructure. Hagi was a wind up but gawd do I wish that it wasnt. Brew is a novice manager and we need an experienced Director of Football pulling the strings. Some people are just nit up to the standard required in the SPL.
  5. :clapping03: :clapping03: :clapping03: :clapping03: :clapping03: :clapping03: :021: :022: :022: Today I have the uptmost respect fer young Mike Fraser. His display at Castle Greyskull showed courage and determination +++. He could have fecked up his career with a mistake or two but he held his feckin nerve and looked mightily improved. But again I have to question the standards of our coaching staff. It is plainly evident what Mike's faults are - they should be drilling that into him - perhaps they only feckin realised in the last two weeks !! :023:
  6. When I heard that Brew was being offered the job in April I found myself in three minds (I had two already) so I had multiple thoughts about it. 1. Should we take him back after the way he went to the Arabs ? - at that time I found myself delighting in the knowledge that he fecked it up - and how come Levein came along and changed it around so quickly ? 2. I always regard him as a class player and felt that he could still do a job on the pitch and be a role model fer others. 3. I felt that he was the best coach ever in regard to fitness training and discipline around diet etc. 4. I worried that he was not tactically astute. 5. I worried that he put too much faith in the "old school", appeared to have his favourites and came down on anyone who he did not favour. In regard to 1) I forgave him as he went to play for the club he regarded as his club. 2) I would have taken him as a player any day - but those days appear numbered 3) No doubts whatsoever 4) I am beginning to have concerns 5) I am beginning to have real concerns. So can somebody make him a strong cup of black coffee in the morning and the daily paper - take it to his office - place it under his big nose and shout "MORNING CRAIG - SMELL THE FECKIN COFFEE" and then show him the paper and point out the date shouting "SEE - ITS NOVEMBER 2007 AND IT WILL SOON BE 2008 - YOUR TEAM SELECTION IS THREE FECKIN YEARS OUT OF DATE" And then pass him a wad of Xmas Wrap and ask him to parcel up Caff and Hastings with a tag to Partick on one and a one way ticket to Toronto on the other. :001:
  7. Are you ready for this - I feel that Marius Niculae simply HAS to start against Motherwell AND St Midden. :crazy07: :crazy07: :crazy07: Why?? I would hope that Brew, Savage and Grasser have sat him down and feckin blasted him. I hope he has been told that he is getting paid a lot of money but he is simply not coming up with the expected goods. I would point out his faults to him and tell him that he may have a reputation and basic skills in abundance but this is feckin Inverness and he has to fit into OUR system and that he wont get a feckin game fer Romania with his lazy Romanina erse warming a bench in the Highlands. I would also spell out that he has dissapointed the fans and he owes us big style. Basically Marius - shape up or get tae feck. :023: Then I would give him extra training and concentrate on short sprints and mobility exercises. Now if he is the professional that I am thinking he is - he should be fizzing and go out and show us that he can play at a higher level again. I reckon that he will score in both our next home games and may get close to MOM - if he wants it bad enuff. I have always felt that he would be a bonus at home. On the other hand keeping him on the bench much longer would just fuel the fires and be counter prductive in the long run - and if he does not significantly improve then we show him the door or get a silk pillow ordered with MN embroidered and a large tube of Anusol as he will need it for the cold Winter months for pressure sores.
  8. I have blamed him - when I think he has fecked up - which he has been doing more this season than ever before BUT I simply feel that he is the best defender that we have at the moment. IMHO the captaincy has taken its toll plus the responsibility fo trying to marshall a very shaky defence. He simply needs an "old head" playing beside him, give him the vice captaincy and lets get Granty back to his best.
  9. I am reliably informed that Brew has fallen out big style with Rankin and has had blazing arguments with Bazza.
  10. Three little words - GET FECKIN REAL !!!
  11. I really do wish that people who go to the games would be wholly honest and not sit on the feckin fence. If it wasnt fer the craic off the pitch, before and after the games I would be seriously be considering being an armchair supporter and saving a load of dosh. The Huns came firing out of the blocks and I had practically just sat down when our feckin central defence decided to be as far apart as the Grand feckin canyon. After that the Huns went into second and third gear and allowed us to look pretty, but ultimately totally ineffectual, until we hit their 30 yard line. If we had scored and that was a big IF they would have raised their game and feckin slaughtered us - lets face it we could have easily lost 5,6 or 7-0. It was a feckin stroll for the OF cnuts. Brew's tactics were simply awful. :029: Fraser :001: :001: :001: The best I have seen Mikey play in ages. Looked confident and came steaming off his line on a few occasions. Tokely :001: :001: Roasted by Beasley agin. I take it that Brew played Proctor to gie Rosscoe some extra assistance. How the feck do you do that when it was evident from the off that Beasley was the Huns main tactic as they knew he would roast Rosscoe and he feckin hugged the left touchline. Rosscoe rarely went forward. If Brew had done his homework he would have played Proctor at right back and Cowie in front of him. Hastings :001: :001: :001: Looked pretty good but why does he give people so much feckin time. He simply doesnt push himself into their feckin faces. He still gets a nose bleed when he goes over the half way line. Caff :001: :001: :001: Apart from the first goal - or can you realy say that !! - he looked solid enuff - but so did Davy Crockett at the Alamo. Solid but just was in survival mode. Granty :001: :001: :001: As per Caff - ditto. Proctor :001: :001: Give me a feckin break. You replace our best player with a feckin young deer and play him in a position that he doesnt play in fer the reserves. Duncan :001: :001: :001: :001: My MOM as ever. Didnt stand out and gave the ball away a few times as he is prone to do but was the only "leader" on the pitch. Black :001: :001: :001: OK but was he fit ? Was he given a Niculae style medical ? McBain :001: Playing in midfield again has helped Roy re-discover his magical invisibility. Wyness :001: :001: :001: Worked his socks off but never really got a sniff of an opening. Bayne :001: :001: :001: Typical Casle Greyskull display. Justified his inclusion but should have capped it with a lobbed goal in the second half. Niculae :001: :001: :001: :001: Seven minutes of pure magic. Ran his guts off and fell over his feet after a superb piece of skill. Needs more match playing time. Cowie :001: :001: :001: :001: :001: Five smileys fer not telling Brew to get to feck and not be so feckin stoopid. The other sub - so pissed off by that time I didnt even notice - and neither did 30,000 Huns. As Mann4the jobbie said we didnt expect anything but the tactics were simply appaling.
  12. Kids these days - whatever happened to the good old fashioned slap and kick in the bollicks.
  13. What about a "Dear Johndo" Column. :001:
  14. Drop in to Brechins in Govan - just down the road from Castle Greyskull.
  15. It worries me that we seem to be often on the same wavelength !! Given my recent history I aint going to name names but it is pretty obvious !!
  16. Turd response. SPL survival will always be first and foremost - we can move on and consolidate and progress - but BIG BIG mistakes have been made in 2007 which have affected the style and standard of play and threatened our togetherness and our SPL status - if not fer Gretna. Who is to blame ?
  17. Sorry Eliza - Marius will score again and hopefully quite soon. :001: Why - Becos some prats - who is to blame ? - pushed the PR too far and hyped him up too much - they also threw him in at the deep end far too soon and perservered and he struggled. If he is a true pro then he must be really hurting - Hooked on a regular occasion, demoted to the bench and I suspect the same at Ibrox. That OF time of game and exposure is undoubtedly the reason that he and his agent came to Scotland - probably grossly underestimating the standard, the pace and the close defending. If he is left on the bench (as I expect that he will be) - he should be fizzing - then we play him from the start against Well and Midden and give him the chance to prove that he has what it takes. He is an asset at home but - at the moment - a hindrance and a passenger away. (HOW MANY ASSISTS HAS HE HAD AT HOME AND HOW MANY AWAY ? - and the Midden assist was a defensive blunder - albeit a feckin cracker of a cross). So Marius at home and Bayne away at the moment - I expect that a benhing at Castle Greyskull could lead to Marius filling his boots at home - IF he has the feckin determination and the feckin bottle. :crazy07i
  18. :029: There is only one team fer Castle Greyskull. ZIBI ROSSCOE PROCTOR GRANTY MCBAIN DUNCAN COWIE BLACK WILSON WYNESS BAYNE
  19. So if most of the armchair managers can see the problems - who is to feckin blame ?
  20. I have taken FOUR different peeps to games this season from darkest Lancashire - and they all have said that Cafu was the main feckin man. It is just that this year he has been caught out more than usual - IMHO the reason is no Dods or Mann to provide the intelligent cover - although he is making more gaffes as well. The big feckin problem is that I wouldnt give the feckin band to any of the cnuts - now that does worry me - and who is to blame ?
  21. A feckin fanzine with 20 feckin moderators :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao:
  22. :clapping03: :clapping03: :clapping03: - Feckin spot on :011: But personally I preferred the **** when he was posting at 03.00 - 05.00 - now that was what I called disabled. :blah01:
