Not exactly names to get the pulse racing. I realise we have to shop within our budget though :006:

If the rain keeps up like this the game could easily be in doubt :007:

    :015:
  4. Hart has joined Keogh on the sidelines until next year apparently. Re-occurrence of the groin injury and will have to see a consultant about it

I was being Ironic :004: Bayne is hardly a prolific scorer as summed up by the fact he's only scored 29 goals over his entire career Stop being so testy :016:
  6. I'd go for that lineup as well. Just as long as McBain doesn't get another unwarranted start

Bayne probably hasn't scored 20 goals over his entire career!! :006:
  8. True. Still maybe I'll just put it as a P.S. in my letter to Santa :004:
  9. Obviously the serious damage was done in the 2nd challenge :014:
  10. Pressley Offski Let's have a whip round and sign him :014:
  11. Hopefully it won't be a repeat of our performances against 2nd division sides in last years cup :023:
  12. BBC MATCH REPORT Obviously I wasn't at the match and didn't mamage to catch any of the radio commentary so I only have the above match report to go by. It doesn't make for pretty reading though :009: Inverness rarely troubled United and their performance was summed up when Dargo missed a penalty with six minutes remaining. And the visitors had their goalkeeper to thank for keeping the score-line down. Perhaps those at the game will be able to shine some light on how we actually played but it sounds like a very bad day at the office. I really hope CC doesn't come out with the standard party line of late of how well we are playing and that we have been unlucky in games. I think it's obvious to all we aren't playing well at all just now. Still I think it's too early for alarm bells JUST yet especially whilst Dunfermline are so poor. Saying that we shouldn't be relying on another team to be worse than us to stay up. Tricky game against Kilmarnock next weekend and then a simply MUST WIN game against Dunfermline
  13. At least we broke our goal scoring drought :006:
  14. Could have been worse - still a tricky tie though
  15. Oh dear - things aren't going very well :009:
  16. He hurt himself in a challenge in the first half, played on and then added to the injury whilst fouling Black
  17. I have a bad feeling about tomorrows game - hopefully I will be proved wrong :006:
  18. Assuming he plays well would he keep his place?
  19. With McSwegan & McAllister injured we only have 3 fit strikers to choose from. I would go for Dargo & Wyness but I reckon Bayne will probably start instead of Denzil :006:
  20. Bit Harsh to criticise Dargo for saying his piece. Wasn't Hart saying a few weeks back he might have to consider leaving if he couldn't get a game as did Duncan the month before
  21. Nope Mackie plays as a centre forward for Aberdeen. We tried him as a right winger when he was on loan and it didn't really work. Dargo would be wasted on the wing

Like CC said at the weeekned - every team is looking for a prolific striker What we really need as a LEFT WINGER :014: Sheerin is still playing well but like Wilson he can't last 90 minutes anymore
  23. Unless he gets better service he isn't going to be able to score. Simple fact I doubt many people would be able to explain why he is constantly subbed. He is obviously our most potent goal scoring threat and he has a bit of pace about him as well. Not really providing him much incentive to resign either :006:

Looking to a 40 year old to save us now :015: No Thanks!!
  25. Sorry CaleyD I usually agree with the majority of your comments but there is NO WAY Bayne could/would/should play behind a front 2. Agreed he puts his heart and soul into every performance but that has to be to make up for his lack of basic footballing skills. He has very poor control, can't pass, he has poor positional sense and isn't even that good in the air. He does work his socks off though and I wish that work ethic would rub off on some of our other players
