Get well soon Terry
He clearly struggled with his knee. You can see by the way he walks, his knee is totally knackered. Get well Terry.

David Proctor Wins Player of the Year
Very much deserved. I felt he had a very good season.

Hope Duff has recovered from his injury, has been out along time. Wish them all well, though hoped Duff was staying.

Yes Rooney gave his boots to one of the ball boys. Nice touch.

Signing News!
Start of hopefully more signing up. Foran and Cox on 2 year deals is great business.

Shane Sutherland & Gavin Morrison
Morrison looks like a good bet, good passing and distribution, Sutherland also looks like a up and at them forward, good touch and strong. Best of luck to the two of them, I personally like both of them, great potential!

Huntly 1-5 Inverness CT (FT)
Rooney was captain, tonight. Have been at the Buckie, Elgin and Huntly games, tonight was the most enjoyable to watch. Allinson- Cracking save after mistake by Bulvitis. Looks decent. Stratford- Good going forward, good passing when moved into middle. Shinnie- My MoM. Played ball on deck and always got forward. Very good goal. Stewart- Young and stuck in well. Bulvistis- Liked his effort, going all out to impress. Ross- Came onto a very good second half. Goal for his effort. Morrison- Brought fullbacks into play well, looking to play killer ball. Very good yongster. Gillespie- Similar to Morrison with fullbacks, good at right back also. Sutherland- Header from corner for his goal. Good linkup at times with Shinnie. Rooney- Looking to get his sharpness, poitive to get 90 mins. Sanchez- 2 goals, good touches and worked hard, very unlucky not to be my MoM. Very decent. Would say Huntly tired and made alot of changes, well played ICT for taking their chances. Second half they looked sharper.

New Caley videos to enjoy
You should put in a bid to replace Setanta, ?20 should get you the SPL games. Great videos!

Adam Rooney
Think he could be in line for a starting place. TB and MM will give him a chance, we need a goal threat. Imrie and Rooney could work well.

Break From Tradition ?
I thought Roy did well on Saturday, and felt that maybe stick with the 11 who started. But if any change to the side, it would be Black in for McBain. Kerr sitting with Black pushing on and giving it hisall for aslong as possible. Then put Roy on to finish off the job. Exciting combination Black and Kerr in the middle of the park, another week of training for Kerr will be good for his fitness. Text TB to go for it.

Ict -v- Kilmarnock : Matchday Thread
Butcher spoke about the players being too honest.

Brian Kerr signs
More a middle of the park player, needs to get some games quick, will be very useful for us.

Dug Out Instructions
Very early days, big game, new management, that said the players and management and coaches did very well. Butcher and Malpas were quick to air their veiws with the team, plenty of hand signals, verbal instructions that all seemed to be understood and carried out. The hard work will have been done before, good work by the coaching staff, everyone will be looked at by Butcher, not just the players. Great to see the pleasure Butcher had with the boys who came off after putting in a great shift, gave them great praise with his hugs. Also good to see Malpas also congratulate the players. The coaching from Malpas and his assistance to Butcher will be vital for our improvement. A great team.

Djebi-zadi
Thought he did really well. 7/10. Bit rash at times but threw himself at everything, had good energy. Malpas was a very decent left back, I feel he can be a good mentor for him. I would keep him.

David Proctor
Proctor looked lightweight today, muscled out of the game. Although Jamie Duff is inexperienced he looks the best bet to partner Grant Munro. Confidence has to be gained, Jamie and Grant will match the possible threat of Sutton and Porter.

How long can the Board hold their nerve?
We will have all looked at the fixtures coming up and thought, as it goes not many points on offer here, with present form. Aberdeen H, Motherwell A, and Rangers H, to me looks like 1 point from a possible 9. Then on the 17th of Jan is the '6' pointer away to Hamilton. Being negative my thoughts are the board might continue with Brewster until then, and if it goes wrong especially against Hamilton, Brewster will have to go. The fact is Brewster has experience of this problem, and has not learned from that mistake. How long will the Board wait if results do not change, I would look at the Rangers game as cut of point. My feeling is Brewster and his coaching staff can not motivate this team, and waiting to mid Jan could be too late for the chance of someone quick to come in and get some fresh players in. I don't want to read about players or managers in the papers this week talking about how much they need the support or any other cheap talk, we will give you support, I want to see Blood sweat for the cause from each player.

Rooney
Will probaly be 4-5-1 against St Mirren, so won't be suprised if it was Wood on his own up front, with Rooney getting 20 min hopefully trying to preserve our lead not having to save the game. But come the Aberdeen game at home we have to go 4-4-2, so Rooney and Wood have to start.
-
4-5-1 at home
I agree, Dundee Utd Played 4-5-1 but their wide players hogged the touchline and put in plenty of good crosses in. Alot on the forum have pointed out why Vigurs played the holding role and Duncan further forward, and why not the other way round? Vigurs is not as good at breaking up the game, but is very creative, would like to see him further forward.
-
Scotland U21 Squad
Only picked a 18 man squad, could have made it 22 brought in another 4 to look at. I would hope Duff or Vigurs are being considered, I agree at least they are getting some 1st team action.
-
Ritchie Bryne
Can not have done much at Oldham. Don't think he will improve defence, has had injury hit career at Aberdeen. Need to start taking players who will improve the team.
-
Hibernian -V- ICT : matchday thread
Glad Vigurs is in. No Rooney starting, maybe going one up front.
-
Fraser Dropped - Courier
Fraser is the better of the 2 keepers, and will mature into a fine keeper. I agree that he should be dropped, as any mistake and he would be slaughtered. This is part of the steep learning curve of 1st team football. Big chance for Esson, has not been a regular for a sometime, but has good experience. I hope he and all the team do well tomorrow, points are needed. Fraser will return a better keeper.

McBain
Seems to be a one half wonder, legs just don't have the running that he needs for his type of game. He is not an impact player, solid and reliable, without the legs midfield could be too much, push Hastings for the left back slot, good competition needed. Time for Vigurs to step up, this boy has the sweetest left foot at the club, and can control high tempo passing. Though again he lacks pace which alot of our midfield do, Imrie and Cowie possible exceptions, though they are not wippets either!

Dundee Utd Chairman Thompson Dies
Nice that Dundee Utd had a good season and he would have enjoyed the CIS semi final and the final, though they lost.
