  1. It is important for all to understand that KC is just a front for "The Builder" and the poor chap is set up to take the flak. He has worked for our dear savior for many many years and he is one of the few who haven't been "let go" over the years. Let's not forget that Kenny's sporting background is very much shinty and far removed from what his position now demands but he really isn't a bad guy. The football business is not an honest one - a fact maybe Kenny is finding hard to deal with. And who's puppet/frontman are you? Certainly not the one that you seem to support.

  3. What a chancer! If he is earning the money quoted, the police should send him a bill for their waste of public money and make sure it's a lot more than the £8 taxi fare - suggest £80. That should put him in his place!
  4. I hope the Builder and the rest of the Fat Cats in the black seats do exactly the same Alex ( that's if they actually buy season tickets which I very much doubt)

Never had any for him anyway. Just a little bigshot - always was and always will be.
  6. Jonny boy is history, we gave him the platform, he was only here two minutes, he didn't want to stay with us so couldn't care how he gets on . :annoyed:
  7. Hat....................check Scarf.................check Keyring.............check Car sticker........check 500,000 £1 ordinary shares....... You get that lot and we will be addressing you as Mr Chairman
  8. That no 5 of the six.......the one with two solid colour blocks is worse...as is the Croatia one..and the first one of the six. Bear the lady supporters in mind......vertical stripes are slimming! It's no only the ladies thatneed slimming verticals

You're probably far brighter Alex so don't get upset. Players are on full pro contracts just don't get so much money.
  10. Red and Black are not our registered colours so we would need to re-register new colours with SFA/SPL and I don't see us going to that bother. It has to be done every year anyway SPL Rule B10.1 By 1st June (or such other date as may be fixed from time to time by the Board) in each year, all Clubs shall submit to the Company written details of their first, second and, where applicable, third choice colours (of shirts, shorts and socks) and such details shall be published in the Directory of Clubs printed in the League Handbook. Well done Alex

Martin was on an apprentice contract I believe. No such thing!
  13. Pray tell me what good it will do us if Rangers Fc (in liquidation) are stripped of titles. Waste of time and money chasing this. More like the board devoting their time to deciding if the New Co gets SPL membership!
  14. Maybe if we had someone at the top of the tree who actually cared about ICT, and football in general, we could bring back some community/family feeling to the club!
  15. Do the right thing Kenny and vote AGAINST a Rangers Newco gaining entry to the SPL. We all pay our taxes so why the hell shouldn't they. OBTW, I hear the assets would transfer to the Newco. Can anyone tell me why, on liquidation, the assets are not sold by the liquidators and the creditors paid so much in the pound?
  16. I like this one. Don't see any need to change any colours as it 's blue and red.
  17. Why would he want any one individual to profit from his investment? He says he wants to invest in the Football Club but maybe "once biten twice shy!
  18. Wow, how can you have faith in a board which can't control it's manager, doesn't give him a budget to compete with the tinks and goes cap in hand every year to cover the regular £250k loss. This board needs a shake and get the man who is willing to make a very sizeable investment as long as long as a certain individual leaves the scene!
  19. Adams on radio today saying Tokes is a major signing so doesn't sound like he is being signed to sit on the bench. Hopefully he will be on bench when we play them.
  20. Let's not make excuses for Tokes moving OTB. He is a good journeyman pro who will give County 100% - something we have very little of. They are also in a far better financial position than we are because their "main man" is prepared to invest in something he believes in - FOOTBALL!
  21. The problem now is that this club has no "ethos". If it ever had, Butcher has managed to drive it out with not a little help from the "Builder".
  22. The "lending club" normally expects you to pay at least part of the players wage.
  23. Correct. Butcher didn't want a DofF so Grassa had to step down. Probably helped Butchers budget as well. So the answer to the question is - Butcher is solely to blame!
  24. story here: http://ictfc.com/new...are-on-the-way- This season really is a make or break season for us IMO and we really need to assemble a squad capable of firstly remaining in the SPL but also hopefully challenging for mid-table. Talking to players under contract?? Think league of Ireland is coming into mid season transfer window. Window opens tomorrow in Kenya and I think France season finishes soon. I suppose also that some players may be contracted in UK till end August. Players in Scotland/England will also still be under contract until May 31st in most cases but free to talk since Christmas if they are in the last year of contract .... English window is already open as far as I know as it starts at "end of season". the Scottish (and France, Germany, Italy & Spain) window officially open on July 1st, Denmark on 11 June, Australia on 1st June, Holland on 9th June. MLS mid-season window opens on 27 June, and as mentioned Kenya opens on Friday. lots of options, but the club can still talk to out of contract players across Europe anytime, its just the actual transfer date that might be up in the air if the contract is still to expire. I will stick my neck out here with one player name I think could do a job for ICT. Nana Attakora. 23 year old centre half, 31 caps at U17-U23 level, 3 full Canadian caps, not currently with a club, but registration may still be held by San Jose or MLS itself (its complicated). Had a trial at Hibs last year which was extended and Hibs fans seemed pleased with him. Not sure if he was offered a contract or not, but he was offered one in Germany but rejected it and decided to go back to MLS ...... after half a season without a club in MLS (and therefore with little or no wages unless he is drawing a basic salary from the organisation itself) he may be of a different mindset now and I know from personal experience of watching him in a significant number of his 68 appearances for Toronto FC that when paired with the correct partner he can be an excellent defender. Wages wise, he might be affordable too as his last published salary in MLS was $45000 which is about £30,000 per year or a little under £600 per week !!! Do the club a favour Scotty and email TB with this info or we'll be in the same dung as last year.
  25. Believe what you want Alex but I'm afraid reality is a different story
