  1. With respect Birdog, I think he's a wee bit more Scottish than that Bob fecker you refer to! That was Bob Wilson who played for Arsenal about 100 years ago... He was about as Scottish as Greg Rudeski was English!
  2. I thought Ryan Esson was every bit as good as, if not better than Mark Brown - he could even save penalties... Shame that Butcher seems to think he can manage without him.
  3. I did support Tim Henman a few years ago, but I never went down there waving Scottish flags all over the place. I don't have a problem with the English support for Murray either - just wished they could understand the difference between a Scottish flag and an English flag.
  4. That one against Hearts was a belter... but there were quite a few more and plenty of assists... One thing he was good at was bringing out the best in those around him - when he was in the middle of the action on the pitch... Pity he never managed to achieve that from the touchline.
  5. I thought that Brewster was superb as player/manager in ICT's first season in the SPL... I often wonder how things might have panned out for him if he hadn't gone to DUFC... The support, quite rightly, never forgave him for that, particularly the manner in which he left, and it was ineviteable that his subsequent return to Inverness would end in tears.
  6. Just watched another stunning victory today for Andy Murray. To me, it was kind of divided crowd.... There were plenty of Scottish flags and painted St Andrews Cross faces in the crowd, cheering on Andy for all they were worth. I found it hard to accept all the same, all the eejits who were draped in union jacks, with St George's Cross painted faces, cheering just as loudly for Andy. They just don't seem to realise that Scotland is a country in it's own right - it's not an English county somewhere up around the Lake District....ok - for the time being it's a part of the union... but some of these St George's Cross clad supporters of English tennis should try and come to terms with the fact that Andy's SCOTTISH - not english.
  7. Brewster Cowie Rankin
  8. Fraser is a very promising young keeper... I'll always remember him for an incredible finger tip save in the 3-2 game against Celtic.... Good luck to him at Movversmell but as far as ICT are concerned he's now history. Does anyone know if Ryan Esson will form part of TB's plans for next season?

  10. If Esson hadn't let in four against the mighty Falkirk we wouldn't have gone down... Think it was just two Esson conceeded in that game before he got sent off.... If Fraser hadn't lost the other two we wouldn't have gone down!
  11. And if that doesn't help try flushing your toilet.
  12. In this PC age some might see that as having racial connotations... I'm ok with it.... I love them both!
  13. I've been trying without success to set up a poll for this.
  14. Yes, not too long ago either, it was in the form of a Poll. The search button is always a useful place to go when thinking of starting a new thread. Fair comment... What I was thinking was where TB will play him in the future. Will he restore him to RB or would that be an admission he got it wrong for the Falkirk game?
  15. Quotations : "Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Great men are almost always bad men." Another English politician with no shortage of names - William Pitt, the Elder, The Earl of Chatham and British Prime Minister from 1766 to 1778, is sometimes wrongly attributed as the source. He did say something similar, in a speech to the UK House of Lords in 1770: "Unlimited power is apt to corrupt the minds of those who possess it"
  16. Will TB persist on trying to turn Rossco into a C.B. or will he restore him to his favoured R.B role?
  17. Fookin 'ell - a football post! Yes.. I agree... I'd like to see him play wide left.... like an old fashioned down and out winger... Sorry... Out and out winger... :whip01:
  18. Are admin aware of any site issues?
  19. Surely until said legal action takes place then you shouldn't really be posting on here at all as it might compromise the case? Can't answer this Rig.... It might compromise my case. For further information please contact my legal team in Aberdeen - Sue, Grabbitt and Runne. Ask for Kingsmills...
  20. Do you think the muppets have got at them?
  21. Yes, I am.... Unfortunately I am not at liberty to discuss my own case as a legal action is currently pending.... If the action succeeds it could very well be curtains for CTO.
  22. Tail wagging the dog?
  23. No.... But it has happened before.
