  1. Would a new striker be the answer to all our problems?
  2. Wow! Steady on Renegade... I admire your honesty here and cannot dispute anything you say, but fear you will upset the Butcher Appreciation Society with some of your comments on this thread... Some of these misguided unfortunates still believe that TB and MM are the best thing that ever happened to ICT. You should consider disabling your PM box - otherwise it will fill up with nasty, offensive, and anonymous (of course) hate mail... Trust me - I've been there!
  3. Celtic.... A team we used to be able to beat on occasions, went to Wembley today with a side consisting of mainly fringe players and new signings, and managed to comprehensively overcome a Spurs line up which featured several of their 1st team stars.... I'd say their season looks very promising... Wish I could say the same for ICT.
  4. I fear that without some early success in our forthcoming SFL campaign, heads will go down very quickly.
  5. Very fair comments.... Kind of begs the question : Did Butcher learn nothing from the Falkirk debacle?
  6. Yeah.... RIP CaleyD
  7. Hope we don't have to sit through many more performances like that this season.
  8. Unfortunately I won't be able to make this one... Strangely I'm getting the impression there will be a bigger away support at Dunfermline than what we we usually got in the SPL... Anybody care to explain why that might be the case?
  9. I hope not!! :D
  10. Is that your new hubby in your avatar pic Mrs PB? Quite a catch!

  12. Not everyone will understand this comment... The Commercial is a very friendly and very cosmopolitan pub... All will be welcome (apart from kids) If you're going to the East End Inn, ye'll hae tae tak a lang spoon wae ya, ken....

  15. I think that might just cause your bus to veer in the direction of the pub that's offering free food! How far is it from one pub to the other?...if I can't hi-jack the bus (or get dropped off) then I'll just have to walk from the East End fizz shop. They're about two miles apart.... The East End Inn is probably just over a mile to the east of East End Park... The Commercial is in the centre of town - just less than a mile west of EEP...

  18. That's two letters again.... Now see here.... If you're not going to take this game seriously we can soon get someone to take your place. Sent

Totally agree with that, so why don't you support your local club? I Do JB, That's good.... You and I can go out and paint the town red when Caley pip Dundee on goal difference to win the SFL title!
  21. Looks like there might have to be a split here, Dmacca... The Commercial is brilliant pub - just like Buffy says - great craic, and an excellent selection of real ales. Serious drinkers (like Gringo) will definitely appreciate it! It was my local at one time - well that and a few others! No kids allowed there as far as I know, and there won't be any free food. Families with kids will be much happier in the East End Inn with the free buffet.

  25. All these 5, 6 or 7 nil predicted scorelines are now beginning to look a tad optimistic.
