Thanks for considering the "old farts" Mantis.... they're in danger of becoming an extinct race.... It is interesting what can be found in places like Waitrose & Lidls... My current favourite is an 8 year old blend from Aldi's store (Perth or Elgin)... It goes by the name of Highland Black... very very smooth, and at £8.99 a bottle to me is fantastic value.... If anyone else has tried it and has worked out what it is, I'd be interested to hear from them..... Try "Tesco Value" whisky, CaleyD.... then you'll understand why some people add coke or lemonade....!!

Jeeeez.... The last time I was in a Little Chef (about 10 years ago)... they charged for each item on the breakfast plate... 2 rashers of bacon @ £1.20... 1 sausage @£1.90 .... 1 fried egg @ £1.90 .. 1 piece of fried bread @ £1.50.... Thank feck I didn't ask for baked beans.....!! Never been back to a little Chef since.....
