It's still early days.... Raith Rovers took the lead against us, and look what we did to them.

What an incredible achievement it would be for County to lift the trophy having beaten Hibs, Celtic and then Dundee Utd. I hope they do it - and I hope they make 2nd place in the league as well.

Maybe this result will give our boys a wee bit of added inspiration against QoS... If ever there was a case for extending the SPL this was it. Highland football is back in the top flight and is here to stay. :025:

Have to say this was an even bigger result than our one. Fantastic performance... They have to be favourites to win the cup now.

I hope their dream takes them all the way to the final... They'll always play second fiddle to to their more illustrious neighbours of course, but they're still a good advert for Highland football and I hope they join us in the SPL next season.... Sorry.... not next season... the season after next.

ICT brought out the best in John Rankin....Great to see his strike that finished off Rangers again - one of the best ICT goals ever. He's not been half the player he was since he went to Hibs.

And the point I was making was that it was felt having a good support for that vital league match, would somehow inspire us to victory. I remember it well - I was there.

Bennet's son's shoes and the bus bringing us back to Inverness don't enter in to it mateys.... We lost the game.... Brewster was kicked out, and Butcher was appointed and given the task of steering us clear of relegation which, to his great credit he did. Then he went and got us relegated...... But that doesn't matter anymore now that he's as good as got us promoted again!
