Relevant songs for final home games
Way too many OF connotations pal. Once heard it sang at a h*n pal's funeral, worst thing I ever heard. I really, really wanted to laugh, which might not have been the best idea ever. :004: I wouldn't have have been able to keep a straight face for that.

Where would that leave our captain?

What about stopping for a few spirits?

IF....we make it to the SPL.......
I'd love to see him on our side, but I fear bigger fish than us will be after him.

Minibus for Morton
I'd love to, and I'm sorely tempted but I've just got too much on on Tuesday afternoon. Also I've never brought the team any luck on away fixtures, so probably best if I don't go.

Raith Video Highlights
If we do win this league, that's the goal that will stick out for me as the one that kept us well and truly in the hunt. It was elaborate enough and world class enough for me, and as for the timing......... B)

ICT -V- Raith Rovers : matchday thread
I actually thought that performance of Imrie's against Motherwell in the cup, was the one that seemed to kick start our season. It was of course, his last game for us. I wish he was still here.

Team for Morton
Pumped up? Were you at the game today? They quite clearly hadn't fully recovered from their midweek exertions, and your expecting another gung ho approach from them 3 days from now? As Tree said on another thread, they hardly have time to recover from minor knocks and niggly injuries, when cramming so many games into such a short period. I was looking for a pumped up performance from them today, but very soon realised (11 minutes) that wasn't going to happen. They did of course grind out another incredible result, but (like me) they are soon going to have problems trying to keep it up.

Determination, Commitment and Character
Last time we did that, we looked like we'd spent a night in Gellions!

We've won it
Yes.... That's spot on. I just feel that as soon as our unbeaten run comes to an end, our dreams could be all over. The Morton game, which is only 3 days away, is absolutely massive.... as are the rest of them!

Player Of The Year Poll
Foran Hayes Rooney For me.

Team for Morton
So you'd bench two of our most important players for our next crucial match??? They are two of our best players without a doubt - but their game is all about running flat out for 90 minutes - the Morton game is only 3 days away and these two badly need a rest. My strategy for this one would be to keep things tight for 60 to 70 minutes, then bring these two on.

That's the great thing about football - it's all about opinions.

We've won it
It was Malpas wot won it!

Did we miss Duncan today
Very badly.... really showed how much strength we lack in depth.

We've won it
Don't forget Morton away - who drew with QoS today. We had a major struggle to beat them here, not so very long ago.
-
Determination, Commitment and Character
Not for the first time this season we won the game thanks to our determination and a never say die attitude. If we've got one thing to thank TB for, it's that he has created a team that won't stop battling on the field until the final whistle.

ICT -V- Raith Rovers : matchday thread
There should be a separate thread for programme collectors.

TB has some tough decisions to make for trhis one. Several players this afternoon looked jaded and badly in need of a rest. Morton got a good result today against QoS and certainly won't be a pushover. For me.... Esson Tokely Bulvitis Munro Golabeck Ross Duncan Sanchez Foran Eagle Odhiambo Allison, Rooney, Djebi Zadi, Hayes, McBain

I BELIEVE.... I believe we were running on empty this afternoon, and were a tad lucky to get all 3 points.

ICT -V- Raith Rovers : matchday thread
All these midweek games are starting to take their toll. We looked really jaded this afternoon, and not for the first time got a lucky break right on the stroke of full time. Raith Rovers looked the much fresher side for most of the second half. We will really struggle to get anything from our next two away games, unless TB can figure out a way of freshening up his side - big time.

Thanks to you most of us do now BELIEVE

You could pick any 11 from 14 as far as I'm concerned. As long as they show the same determination, committment and character that we have seen in our last 6 games, I predict we will win this one fairly comfortably.
