Now that we've lost our well established central defence for the next 2/3 games, and it also looks like Jonny Hayes could be out for a while again, a Top 6 finish is now looking very unlikely. We enjoyed a fantastic run in this league since the start of the season, but lack of cover in certain key areas of the team, is beginning to take its toll.

Maybe TB could consider starting with Doran, instead of Foran and if it all goes tits up, he could claim it was a typo when he was making up the team sheet!

Yes, another record now sadly shattered. Munro will obviously miss the Utd game - I'd guess the back four will be Duff, Tokely, Innes, Shinnie

Spot on.... Agree with all that. I didn't see the Munro incident either (ball watching) Seems the only person that saw it was the linesman. Whether it was a justified red card or not, it completely buggered up our game. That apart, Sanchez didn't contribute a lot. Duncan should have been on from the start.

Yes, but their comments didn't go out on air - nor were they intended to. These comments were probably only heard by a handful of people inside the Sky studio - one of whom then nastily, spitefully and vindictively decided to record them and make them public. Career over. End of.

I'm an eternal optimist but I couldn't help noticing Hamilton have made a couple of decent looking signings today. Their squad is now considerably larger than ours, and they appear to well enough equipped to avoid relegation. I'd hate to see any of our key players picking up an injury over the next few weeks. It could cause considerable damage - there are several key positions where we are completely short of meaningful cover.

It is complete madness.... I just hope he finds out who it was who recorded his off guard, private comments and then made them public.

They were discussing the footie. As CaleyD said on a previous post these "offensive comments" were actually part of a private conversation between the two of them - they weren't aimed at a world-wide audience. Who cares what they say or do or even think in private? I don't.

Would anyone have believed him if he had said he wanted to stay? Eh yes , why wouldn't they ? Cause they all say things like that.... Who will ever forget Old Grandpa Broon, one of the most honest and trusted men in the game, telling the world how much Motherwell FC meant to him - everyone from the chairman down to the tea-lady was just so special - the players the fans - everyone. There was no way he was ever going to leave a club like that. 24 hours later he was unveiled as Aberdeen's new manager!
