  1. getting the odd page to turn over quickly but mostly hanging for an annoying best part of a minute
  2. Last couple of days the site has been a bit cumbersome, bit like some of Rossco's tackles. Most pages taking thirty seconds to a minute to change. Anyone else expeiencing this?
  3. Don't think you will find many in agreement. Poor old Russell, he is not in vogue, but he does what it says on the tin. :021:
  4. I'm all agog.
  5. The North stand was fairly packed. The away stand had little or no take up but that is down to Gretna fans. Was the price cut applicable to the main stand as well. I would have thought it maybe produced around 500 more bums on seats, would that be a near enough guesstimate.
  6. That was the easy part, the hard work starts now for Denzil :010:
  7. Russell has been playing well recently and has done his bit in the clubs recent success. He still gives the ball away after doing the difficult part sometimes, but surely the midfield is built around him and Black. Sustitutions were ok, the likes of Roy who seems to be part of this squad rotation scheme needs to get parts of games to keep him interested. Patti was a good sub, great to see him on and I thought he did excellent, at last a player willing to skin defenders at pace. Bayne, again a squad player getting his cut of the action and Marius being rested after his exploits. No complaints from me on that score. I thought Wyness may have been the more obvious one for hooking, however Brew's decision and I can't really fault it. Damned if he does and damned if he does'nt
  8. I'm with Gav again unbelievable stuff

    Caley must win

Hey baldy pretty much spot on how spooky is that.
  10. Fair play roscoe23. i thought Rossco had a decent game today as well. In truth he is pretty decent most games but is not perfect by any means, unlike you and I.
  11. Agree Gav I thought Patti was a class act when he came on, not just cos I had been touting his name, but he was willing to take defenders on and have a go. He almost scored a couple of goals and will do soon. Header from six yards forced Caig into point blank save and shot in the box was unlucky, on another day two goals. Wyness was subdued, I'll put that down to his recuperation period. Marius took his goals brilliantly and again showed tremendous skill and vision, Duncan did great but over elaborated, McGuire............ahem Proc showed he is better than McGuire, Tokely was immense, Fraser is the keeper we knew he can be, every one did their bit but for me, once again Black was the constant standout, another brilliant performance from him. Rankin for me did good, but he kept hitting the first defender with his corners, then once he sussed that he overhit them.....Paisley beckons anyway. Well done ICT, comfortable win, but maybe should have been a record breaker.
  12. very often :015:

  15. Nothing would have made me happier than Hart scoring a thirty yard screamer against the Dons. Alas, he never saw much of the ball. But, I agree with Brew, he has performed well in the reserve games he played most recently. Bary and Brew both begin with B
  16. Hold on till I read over the previous posts again. I am getting the impression that one or two are not reading the article on the official site but pointing the finger at the club for asking the fans to applaud again. Amongst this I have put my own slant on what I would do and I expect every other rational human being will do. carry out the SPL ask, it's not difficult.
  17. Oh yes..........it would be a fitting tribute for Manchester United to have Bazza play in their company.
  18. Called off pretty quickly. I have no problems with any of the games being called off and I have no issues with the applause either. Quite frankly people should surely accept what is being asked of them without question. We are talking about the SPL asking clubs to have a minutes applause for a decent pro and a decent human being and great husband and father to four children. I for one will be doing whichever is asked of me without question and I fully expect everyone else to do the same. Remember, it is not the club asking this, it is the SPL asking for this to be carried out as a mark of respect for a well respected fellow professional. I am also certain that if they had asked for a minutes silence it would have been observed impeccably throughout Britain.
  19. Sorry I don't have the answer. How do you know he does not want him in his teams......apart from the obvious he was not in the squad, what were the reasons, I have no inside info whatsoever, please enlighten me.
  20. Agreed that all spl clubs will do it. official link
  21. Not these days Jboy. Stadiums on the outskirts are popping up, easy access for away fans as well. I think it's fine where it is. Try getting seven thousand people in and out of the stadium if it were in the town centre and there would be chaos. Falkirks new stadium is in the middle of nowhere, but it's easy to access by vehicle.
  22. Official site is stating there will be a minutes applause in memory of Phil O'Donnell at tomorrows game :clapping03:
  23. But he still cost us the points...again! No he was made the scapegoat by the other defenders errors
  24. I would have thought we would be able to command a decent fee for Rankin as he is now an established spl player and still under contract, the only drawback in this is it's a buyers market as the player himself wishes to leave......allegedly, therefore his price may drop accordingly. Still he should be worth more than we paid for him.
  25. Was he a Spanish coach Johnboy, and was he Fawlty. :029:
