I quite liked actually having a chance of safety... That would not have happened under Brewster, the players had no respect for the fella and he really was/is tactically inept. And yes the fans got what they want, but thats what happens everywhere, fans make clubs. Look at the two most recent managerial casualties in Scotland, Calderwood and Strachan. Both hated by fans. Both sacked.

Do you think the fact he let his players out on a stag night the week of an important game for the club was perhaps the final straw?

I'm going to be a student in Glasgow next year and I will be more able to afford trips to Firhill, Cappielow and New Broomfield (should Airdrie survive relagation) than Ibrox, Parkhead and New St Minkin Park... And I will hopefully be seeing more wins that I would have. Anyone else really feel like they want the new season to start NOW? I for one feel excited for the new season(probably more excited than I would have if we had survived) I haven't felt like this about a new season since we were promoted. I guess its the feeling of having some realistic silverware to fight for.

I just saw Roy's sending off on the BBC Alba coverage and I am at a complete loss as to what happened and not being a gaelic speaker the commentary wasn't of much help to me... So yeah, anyone able to explain to me what went on and why he was ordered off?

i dont think any1 has mentioned freddy guarin.....u can get him on a free after 1 or 2 seasons i cana mind..but he is a well gd and youg CM. another amazing player but ive only ever seen him once is whooshington or wooshington canna mind but hes lyk 14 or 15 and is absolutly amazing....ive never played him just his stats ar immense....i think u need a huge database and brazil b4 u can find him.
