  1. you seem to be defending him quite a bit!! Would he be in your starting 11? I know that is not directed at me but I would play him against Partick. Its only a cup game and it is a perfect chance to see if he can bounce back. It is better than playing him in a league game which is im my opinion way more important than the challenge cup Its also the perfect chance to make changes to the team ahead of a massive game down at morton in 2 weeks. Mainly Lionel out!!!! Look at all the threads on him, when I was in France I saw many second div games Lionel would NOT get a game, he is a muppet, waste of money , but what does Malplas know about football... Malpas has forgotten more about football than you will ever know. I actually agree that changes should be made for the Partick game, but not along the lines that you suggest. Lionel has played well on occasion for this club. He has also made mistakes. It was obvious on Saturday that the occasion had got to him and that he could do nothing right. He had simply fallen to bits, that much was utterly visible. In that kind of fragile state, what he (and the club) don't need is gratuitous comments from vacuous fans hiding behind some clever username. In short, you. At this moment, the Manager is away on other business when he should be here, sorting out the mess that his crap midfield created. He actually owes us that. When he said "just as well I'm away" he simply abgorated his duty and I for one find that difficult to accept. In those circumstances, you had better hope that Malpas actually does know something andsomeone is supporting Lionel through this. Unlike you.

    SHOCKING!

As the OP said, that was truly shocking. I've not seen an ICT side before that I was actually angry with but this was grim. Stratford is simply not good enough. Eagle is not good enough. Sanchez - not good enough. LZD I can forgive, although the poor man fell to bits today. Our entire midfield simply capitulated and were overrun. When we got rare chances, we fluffed them. There was a complete lack of coherence and heart about the whole team and TB has to take some responsibility. I'm struggling to see what positives you could take from this. I was in the main stand today, and it has the atmosphere of a grave. I got tutted at for giving gyp to Brewster! Let me away from these people and back to NS as soon as possible. I honestly don't see why some of them come to a footie match - it sure as hell ain't for any enjoyment. Stay at home. I saw Grantie as well, and he was right. I'm off to watch MOTD.
  3. NO MORE SLEEPS! B) Today's diary: Shop, haircut, pub, match, pub. In that order. Mon ICT
  4. Talking shyte does not constitute mind games. Witty, insightful banter (are we not aliens springs to mind) is. Retard.
  5. Was the OP "bought" or "caught"? If buying in Dingwall, it would be flea powder for my whippet. Alternatively, if catching, it would simply be the fleas or a nasty recurring mange. Tinks
  6. I think it was hungarian for "I'll get ma coat ya tight feckin psycho" or words to that effect. I actually thought the Tarts were no bad, but they were never gonna score 4. No matter how bad the keeper was
  7. I'm not entirely convinced that Tokely is not from another galaxy far, far away and will be beaming down shortly to resume his dominance over div. 1 mortals. One more sleep.................
  8. Me + a host of others fae the cooncil. One more sleep..............
  9. Poof. GlenRothes is a nice tipple too but seems easier to get in the US. I'll get my coat..........
  10. A long playing record of hungarian romany squeeky violin and squeezebox music. Utter pish for playing when the rage takes me..................
  11. It was Scott Davie - a Raith Rovers supporter who usually has the Pittodrie beat on Sportsound. I always find his reporting pretty irritiating, tbh - never seems to have any enthusiasm for the game. That's the man. Has this affected laconic (bubonic?) east coaster Lloyd Grossman drawl? As in "goawl" or "baowl" (bag) Got him now.
  12. Bauhaus, They are cowards. I actually dared Paul Chalk to write "Dunermline shafted by Cox" after that game. I cannot understand why he refused.
  13. Last one of any note was a 15yo Oban, which was kinda OK. But, having drunk the cratur all my life, I went off it a bit, and have now developed a penchant for vodka (current favourite zubrowka, the bison grass stuff) and Gin (current favourite Blackwoods 60) Is this strange for a bona fide old git?
  14. nfortunately couldn't go last night, but listened to open all mikes. Who was the tw*t commentating on us? First one was aimed at Tokely ("booked for fouling, nothing changed there then") and second making an assertion that ICT had found their level ( "Better for ICT fans than last year" etc.) whoever you were, stay in the central belt.
  15. I am glad that we let him go. Dying thousands of miles away from your family would hve been tortuous, but precisely what befell his victims. In terms of the anti mercy (particularly US led response)All we have done is demonstrate that we are better than that. the celebrations etc. are for the Libyans to answer for. The only thing I would agree with is that I think that KM's speech was sactimonious. We don't need to involve the UK, US or higher powers. We're just demonstrating mercy, and are always liable to do so given that our judicial system is inherently less vengeful than either the US or Libya's. Let Megrahi die in obscurity.
  16. What a dreadful way to treat anyone, it seems confirmed now that she is a she (how "complex" is that test? Gie's a wee look at........) There are, however, legitimate questions as to why she's got so much better so quickly. There is a proven link between certain performance enhancing substances and making barbara look like barry. That's not a complex test either.
  17. Is that a fluke or is it his actually brother??? I wondered that too, Eric's brother Random Odihambo! What utter pi*h, journalist must have been bored - but I'd love to see them being chased all over the park. pray for January boys.
  18. mr spence would be horrified to hear that he's a dundee fan!! despite his son playing for them jim's an arab!! heillandee and davie will vouch for that! Yup. I can confirm that as well. Spencie has Arab leanings but has encyclopaedic knowledge of the game as whole in the City of Discovery. And as for the papers not having "a man at the game" that is really such complete nonsense that it barely warrants a response. Even Highland League games have reporters filing material for newspapers. First Division games typically have around six print journalists present. And apart from what was in the Sundays, please, when you turn to the local press, also be aware that Garaham Linton, Stephen Kasiewicz and Paul Chalk were there on behalf of the Courier, PandJ and HN so please don't try to attribute what you read there to Jim Spence as well! Yep. as one of the named guilty, he's an arab. He once (in the old shed at tannadice) allegedly and inadvertantly punched me in the back of the head in an overrumbustious 1980's celebration against some belgians.
  19. County? Let's all get the train.
  20. No they didn't. You might want to get your facts right before talking rubbish. Er.........I was on the thing, or hallucinating. One of the two.
  21. They were dire. Blackie looked delighted to be there. Probably thinking he'd rather be in Dingwall......
  22. I'm not going either, on account of the fact that my parents are coming to visit from.....Dundee. I suppose I could just wave at them on the A9, but I need the inheritance. If we get beat by Dundee, this could materialise sooner rather than later. Parents. Jings.
  23. Wullie Frews at the top of the hilltown, beside the Coldside roundabout. Quick stagger to Dens (downhill!) and a cracking pint of 80 bob. please remember your fan kit: spade fox costume full bladder c'mon the ICT
  24. When my son asked about this (to get another 3 people on a bus) he was also told there was a waiting list of three. Given that this was days ago, it doesn't stack up with the amount of queries here, or the numbers quoted.
