  1. I found this tonight big brother is watching me after posting about the capri. Never made to the production line but could have been good!
  2. Totally agree Scotty it’s not looking good!
  3. He is on big money and didn't take a pay cut when we dropped into this league because if we go into administration he would get less money and the same would go for his son Cameron who got a one year contract from a club with no money, only interested in ££££££££
  4. Sean Welsh 1 and Roddy MacGregor 2 for Queens Park on Saturday which brings the total to 5 in 3 games for Roddy!
  5. Good of you to think of me Mantis I think the rover would likely be needing a lot of welding as well as the doors. The Velox was a big beast although I preferred the later PA model. As a young boy I remember seeing a Consul Capri coming into the car park at Fort Augustus and made up my mind that was the car I wanted although never knew anyone that owned one. I got my Capri later in life although a different model a 1600XL and later a 1600L hatchback.
  6. That’s what I said to my wife at breakfast this morning still paying big wages to some!
  7. Good photos I don't remember seeing a Cortina with a stripe apart from the the Lotus white with the green stripe so it might be a Jaggie The only car show I have managed this year was the Inverness one so must look out some photos.
  8. I think the majority of us that have serious doubts about this have all read what is in the public domain but the board don’t seem to have done the same. You are right they need to explain very soon!
  9. You could register a company for £14.99 today from the advert on the page today.
  10. My thoughts exactly but i will be happy if proved wrong he has found what most of us have found searching online, very worrying!
  11. Seb Palmer-Houlden scores no 5
  12. And a second for Murray to make it 4.
  13. And a Danny Devine own goal
  14. Simon Murray scores in the first minute.
  15. Central Highland Council
  16. 77 is a one man band and I think we might have been better going with Leo Sayer I might be wrong but when Tullochs gifted the stands to the club when Graeme Rae was chairman (someone put the link earlier in this thread) my understanding is that it was the stands including the main stand but they still hold the option on the remainder of the 99 year lease which include car parks and surrounding area. I think this was a clever move by Tullochs which might prevent something like this happening but who knows we are surrounded by wheelers and dealers and all we want is to support our club and watch a good game of football.
  17. I am usually a positive person but looking at what we know at the moment I think the board have been led up the garden path but will be delighted if there is "investment" going to come into the club. We might get more information from the board in the autumn
  18. Yes but he has lived there since 2009 creating 11 companies of which 7 have been dissolved and there is very little capital in the others so his investment must be coming from the "Magic Money Tree"
  19. No Yngwie I did not but the one thing I did notice was that Arbroath must have spent a lot of time practicing theirs as they were all excellent.
  20. Fixtures for the coming season good luck to the women.

Thanks Mantis I really do miss travelling to all these islands especially at the expense of BT/Openreach I am feelin kind of homesick I was very lucky as my visits to the islands were often when things like Folk Festivals, Fiddle Frenzies, Vintage Vehicle rallies and even Up Helly Aa were on in different islands I remember arriving in Shetland and said to one of the local engineers it's only the food festival that is on and he replied that there is food, real ale and live music on at the harbour tonight
  22. I never had the pleasure of meeting Johndo in person but the passion in his posts on CTO were fantastic from his match day reports the last one from Annan only 10 days ago to his fun threads like Panto time a Christmas and even his passion for Olde Inverness always with a bit of humor. We will miss him on this forum and my thoughts at this sad time are with his family and friends.
  23. Thanks guys I will have a read of the books when I get some spare time. You were right Mantis I just took a photo of the print with my iPhone.
  24. The way things have been run at the club the last few years I doubt there’s anyone doing it although Gordon Fyfe and Dave Millroy were involved with the Inverness Football book they might know more than most.
  25. I didn't have any names but I knew Gordy Fyfe, Alan Preslie and Chic Allan so well done IHE if he sees this might fill in the blanks. I got the photo along with other football stuff that a neighbour who's late husband was a Caley and ICT supporter. She is clearing out as she is moving house soon.
