There was a banner at the side of the A9 before the game, its viewable on the BBC site game highlights, it was also shown on setanta. But there was never a chance of us beating Rangers yesterday, and the crowd knew it, thats why is was a subdued atmosphere. The cruncher will the next two saturdays. We NEED all the fighting talk thats being thrown at us by management and players to actually come to something.

We play Plastic next week in the cup, we have two weeks for Brew to work out a positive speech in the wake of another defeat which will see us ROCK bottom. He needs to go.

Nah.. Elvis would indeed be a good move, Elvis as player/assistant to Robbo would also be good. Brew will play Pressley in left midfield as he feels proctor is the more natural central defender of the two.

Courier story This is courier story for folks that didnt get out for a paper. I have to say he' comes across as a big kid, who's had his best toy slagged off and does'nt like it one bit - even though the toy is slightly broken. Arrogant is the word that comes to my mind in his response to DJS's meeting, after all we ( the fans ) are concerned that the team is performing very poorly and we cant see the present manager pulling us out of this situation. DJS is acting on every fans behalf and we should get behind him and the Trust board. Beat me to it Don. -

I'm of the opinion that this thread is more tongue in cheek than actual resignation that we are doomed, the first div is not the bright side but more like Darth Vader inviting us to the 'dark side'. I worry that the players will give in as they seem to be playing with less spirit than last season when we climbed out of the mire, The bright side is that as professional footballers, with i'm sure pride in what they do, they will realise that they really ARE in a dogfight at the bottom of the SPL and will have to turn it round. Fingers crossed smilie

0% from fans not strictly true. There were 4 ladies, of various ages, behind me on saturday, who tried to get a chorus of "there's only one craig Brewster" going after Tokley scored with no success or support from anyone else. These were the only fans supporting Brewster at the game on saturday They were Motherwell supporters in the wrong bit ya dafty!!

A bit blinded guys, i rember lots of games where Bayney ran about like a headless chicken doing zilch. I did like him however he gave us his all, even though it wasnt good enough, Remember Xausa? He gave us 60% if you were lucky but still managed to score and be more dangerous.
